“I've always had positive experiences here—until today. I came in looking for a specific valve stem, even had it in hand, but was sold the wrong one. Unfortunately, the associate didn’t check the system for the correct item, despite my clear request. I later verified online that it was actually in stock. Now I'm unable to get a refund.
The young man who assisted me seemed unknowledgeable and appeared disinterested in helping, which made for a disappointing visit. In contrast, I've previously been helped by older staff members who were exceptional. It seems the quality of service really depends on who you get.”
