“We've been doing business with Ferrell (formerly Diamond Propane) for about 30 years, and our relatives did business with Diamond well before that. They were willing to deliver to our tiny hamlet when it wasn't even on the map. The transition from Diamond to Ferrell was seamless. The service has been and continues to be excellent. We really have not met the person (s) who delivers it, but the propane is there when we need it. I like that they monitored our usage and put us on a delivery schedule, so that we don't have to monitor it ourselves. The online account is wonderful, because we can get our bills and pay them online. I wish all the service providers we deal with were as professional and efficient. “Clean delivery no spills, driver no. 10 on my receipt don't know his name. He had light conversion when I came out to walk the dog. Always prompt when I call for kerosene. Interested in Driver no. 10's name if allowed he seems to be the driver who's come regularly it would be nice to address & thank him by name.”
