“I have been a loyal customer of Ott's Collision since I first learned to drive (although some, including those who have to repair my poor, abused vehicles, would say I still have a ways to go in "learning how to drive"). 37 years later, I still receive the same consistent great service, practical counsel, patient therapeutic ear, and reasonable fees. With Ott's, I have always gotten what I've paid for. They do not suggest unnecessary repairs nor do they sugar-coat problematic areas. Over 30 years ago, Roger warned me (when I was driving more rust than metal) that he'd confiscate my truck if he caught me taking my bucket of bolts over any bumps or railroad tracks. He also held his tongue when he found stalks of corn jammed up in the undercarriage of my Dad's Ford Granada when I was 16. Like those stalks of ?, it would be next to impossible to dislodge me from frequenting Ott's Collision for my vehicles maintenance and repair.”
“The alternator in my Jeep died while driving to ROC airport early morning. Called them about 6:00am, he was returning from another tow and got to me by 8:30. They came with a flatbed and towed the Jeep to their garage, verified the alternator was bad, ordered a new one that was delivered in 45 min and installed it into the Jeep. I was back on the road by 12:00!! The price for all services was more than fair and an overall great experience at Jimmy's. “I regularly patronize Keeler's PSI for routine care and maintenance of my car. I had an appointment for the purpose of diagnosing a possible emissions leak, and an estimate for any needed repair, anticipating a need for another appoinment and repair. In a bit over an hour the problem was diagnosed, part delivered, and repaired, for a reasonable cost ( less than $200.00). I am very pleased with the consistent reliability and quality of service!Services: Wheel alignment”

“Brought my truck in for collision repair, and wow, Rhonda checked over my rental vehicle with a fine tooth comb before i took possession, catching stuff I would have never noticed!! Everyone there advocated for me above and beyond, catching things that weren't noticed at first from the accident, things that would have been a huge pain to get fixed after the fact, esp as it was the other driver's insurance paying the bill.As someone else in another review mentioned, when I got my truck back, it looked brand new!! Even the inside was detailed so well that I thought I was driving a brand new truck!! It's a wonder I haven't gotten into an accident-- every day that I drive to work, I keep looking at the interior and how clean it is, lol! The floor mats even look pristine!! I hate getting in with any mud on my shoes cuz I don't want to ruin the look, haha!!Thanks to everyone there at Tallmans for all they did for me, even sticking around an extra 15 minutes for me to get there after they closed in order to pick my truck up, and explaining the work they did! You all rock!!”
