“Used Ott’s when I had mega hail damage on my car. Super easy to work with. They worked directly with my insurance company. Kept me informed with how things were going. Could even leave my rental car there when I picked up my car. Bonus: when I picked my car up they had cleaned the inside! Beyond happy!”
“The alternator in my Jeep died while driving to ROC airport early morning. Called them about 6:00am, he was returning from another tow and got to me by 8:30. They came with a flatbed and towed the Jeep to their garage, verified the alternator was bad, ordered a new one that was delivered in 45 min and installed it into the Jeep. I was back on the road by 12:00!! The price for all services was more than fair and an overall great experience at Jimmy's. “I regularly patronize Keeler's PSI for routine care and maintenance of my car. I had an appointment for the purpose of diagnosing a possible emissions leak, and an estimate for any needed repair, anticipating a need for another appoinment and repair. In a bit over an hour the problem was diagnosed, part delivered, and repaired, for a reasonable cost ( less than $200.00). I am very pleased with the consistent reliability and quality of service!Services: Wheel alignment”
