Surya's "Counting Breaths Meditation" is so simple that at first, I felt it would not make a difference. After just 2 days I started feeling the effects of it. Better sleep, focused concentration and a feeling of well being began to envelope me. Surya walks you through the learning process patiently. He will never hurry you up and spent more than an hour with me. In fact, he does it with you so that you can learn as its being done. The best part is the teacher is available to you whenever you need him. He follows through diligently and will help you whenever you face difficulties. I have had many sessions with Surya. There is sense of calm when you are around him. His wealth of knowledge astonishes me.Such a simple trick to calm your mind! Its unbelievable. And surprisingly it takes such a small amount of time to do it. At some point the process becomes a part of you. At that point there is no effort just continuous results.

I am so thankful for having Mr Surya for helping my family learn about meditation. His techniques are so simple that even my 5 year old can follow. It has helped my 5 year old with reducing her headaches and my migraines ( reduced the number of days as well as severity of migraines). Last Night my little one was so exhausted that she was unable to stay put in bed, getting grumpier by each minute.So i asked her if she would like to lead the nightly meditation session. That seemed to work like a charm, She was so relaxed after the meditation, no more agitation and went to sleep immediately afterwards. Both my girls have reported better focus, ability to assess feeling and controlling mental chaos after the meditation. The best thing about the counting breath techniques is that it is so easy and can be done in small interval of time- even 1 MIN.This has made out lives so much better.Thank you Mr Surya ( who my daughters now fondly call Meditation Grandpa) for bringing counting breaths into our lives.

I came to CS in the Summer of 2017, not specifically for meditation instructions, but because I was stuck in a life situation I didn’t know how to address. I find counting breath meditation technique I learned from CS to be the perfect way to meditate for skeptics with noisy minds like me. When the mind is constantly filled with repetitive, useless, or even negative thoughts, it is hardly possible to gracefully deal with any situations or challenges we encounter in life. It has been two and a half years since I started practicing daily meditation. Not only do I feel it, but the people close to me noticed the changes/transformation in my dispositions. I feel more calm, relaxed, and at peace most of the time, even within 5-6 weeks after I started. You can't go wrong spending a few sessions to learn it. No need for costly subscriptions. No huge time commitment necessary either. I highly recommend counting breath meditation technique to anyone!

I found myself in a very dark place emotionally and physically.I was in a constant state of "fight or flight". Who made me feel so threatened?? My boss!!!! I allowed him this power over me because I didn't know how to stop him.....I thought......well, it's only 8 hours a day and then I can go home to my sanctuary. That really didn't work. One day I hit the "flight" button and ran down the hall where I could hide until he calmed down.I'm not sure where he came from that day but I was praying for help and there was CS asking if I was okay! " Why don't you come and see me after work so we can talk?" I did!! That was one of the best decisions I ever made!!! It was easy to learn the techniques to control my anxiety and fear because CS was with me all the way!He taught me to count breaths (which I still do today) to clear my head and purify my heart and so much more! I was finally able to handle my boss in a way that he didn't even realize I was doing it, I went to work everyday......I'm retired now and continue to use the techniques CS taught me because they work!I am so grateful for CS. He helped me transform into the happy,confident person I am today!!! I will never let anyone bully me again!!Thanks CS!!!
