“Several years ago we had purchased a David Yurman ring from Adam’s Jewelers. The current value of the ring is $2,225. It became too tight on my hand so I took it back to Adam’s and asked them if they could size it for me. I fully expected to pay for it but the saleswoman told me that it couldn’t be done.
