“I bought a house last year so I moved away from the local garage I used to use. I was worried about not being able to find another honest, dependable garage that I could get to with my work hours for routine maintenance. I was stuck going to a chain business which was open on weekends or having to leave work early and sit and wait for my car. When I had an A/C issue I didn't trust the chain with, I went to the guys at Monnat and Nortz, based on a recommendation from another garage. After a completely positive and professional experience with my A/C diagnosis and repair where they came to get my car from work, did the repair, and brought it back in a timely manner, I decided I'd use them for all my car work. They look out for my inspection date for me, and they are just friendly and professional folks. Absolutely no regrets. So happy they are in Croghan!”

“My wife and I are visiting from out of state. During our 9 hour trip here we encountered some issues with our exhaust. By the time we arrived at our destination the tailpipe had separated from the exhaust, the muffler had a hole, and the Y connector had broken. I know because I crawled under my suv and examined it. I showed up at Dutchman and told the lady behind the counter my dilemma. She spoke to Rob (I think). He immediately got my vehicle in and was able to fix all issues. Luckily he had an exhaust pipe bender! I was back on the road by 11 am. What a huge relief! I feel much better putting my wife and dogs back in the car for the return trip. The lady at the desk was super knowledgeable about the business as well as the area. Really nice lady! Price was very fair also. 5 stars for sure!”

“While traveling for work my alternator went. Johnson’s was easy to deal with through AAA and their customer service was top tier. Had me back on the road within a couple days while up in the area and even came to pick me up from the hotel to bring me to the shop for pickup. “Brought the car in to get tires switched and they ended up being the wrong ones, so we opted to just buy a set even with the mix up they still had our car finished up in about a half hour also noticed a missing lug nut up front and found us a new one for $2.50, isn't the same but it fits and it's safe, which is all that really matters, would like to thank the car care crew for doing their jobs and a few others too, as they catch quite a bit of gruff over the propane which they don't have keys to but that doesn't stop people from complaining to them about it, but they were still quick to get on the PA and ask for assistance for the propane outside, anyhow all around great job”
“I drove from Buffalo, NY to Caskinette Ford to work with Chris (3 1/2 hours). He was ready with literal open arms when I got there. Very inviting and friendly. Chuck was also phenomenal. We had a small hurdle and Chuck came out to ensure that everything was handled exceptionally. It truly felt like I was important to them.
Additionally, the building is gorgeous (I think I even saw massage chairs?!). The view from inside to across the street is phenomenal.
