“Being my own mechanic, this garage is one of few that I trust with my vehicles when I don't have the time or tools. Honest people across the board and they will never let you leave in an unsafe ride. Great family business”

“Widrick Truck and Diesel has quickly diagnosed and repaired every vehicle issue I have ever brought them. They aren’t part swappers. They use their decades of experience to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue, clearly relay the issue to me, and recommend the best course of action. Best in the business! I highly recommend Widrick Truck and Diesel if customer service and expert vehicle repair are important to you.”

“I wish I could give this business 100 STARS! What a blessing from God. I have a 2015 GMC pickup truck and was having issues with my tail lights. I won't say names but I called a Large Dealership in Carthage - they told me it would be $160.00 an hour labor/diag fee with no guarntee they could fix it. I then called the GMC dealership in Watertown, and they WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT - as the truck was over 10 years old and had over 100k miles. I felt stuck and helpless. My neighbor recommend Thesier Implement. I dropped my truck off late that night and had a phone call the next morning stating the truck was fixed as all it needed was a new fuse. God put people like him on this earth to remind us that there is still a lot of good people left in this world. I can't think this man and his business enough! I highly, highly, highly recommend you bring your vehicles here. If I wasn't moving away from Carthage he would be my mechanic for the rest of my days on this earth. Such a wonderful, wonderful man. Thank you again sir!”

“Look no further. Our battery died while hiking at Whetstone Gulf while on a road trip. We limped into Essenlohr and 30 min later we had an OEM battery. Installed for $60. Best deal ever. Scott and company rock. Stop in, you won’t regret it.”

“This was the only place in Lowville that would do an emergency tire change for a traveler. Everyone else wanted me to stay overnight and fix the next day. Very friendly, great work and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend!”

“My wife and I are visiting from out of state. During our 9 hour trip here we encountered some issues with our exhaust. By the time we arrived at our destination the tailpipe had separated from the exhaust, the muffler had a hole, and the Y connector had broken. I know because I crawled under my suv and examined it. I showed up at Dutchman and told the lady behind the counter my dilemma. She spoke to Rob (I think). He immediately got my vehicle in and was able to fix all issues. Luckily he had an exhaust pipe bender! I was back on the road by 11 am. What a huge relief! I feel much better putting my wife and dogs back in the car for the return trip. The lady at the desk was super knowledgeable about the business as well as the area. Really nice lady! Price was very fair also. 5 stars for sure!”

“I brought my truck into Monnat & Nortz after receiving high recommendations from my coworkers. Back in February, heavy snow sliding off my roof smashed in my truck bed cover. The guys got me in pretty quickly and repaired it in no time. The team was very professional, polite, and efficient. I couldn't have been happier with their service.”

“Walked in without an appt upon exiting the grocery store and noticing my muffler hanging. The gentleman at the counter couldn't have been more honest about what they could do (since they don't offer full exhaust service) and how long it would take, which mattered since I had groceries in the car. Was in and out with two customers ahead of me in approx 20 mins free of charge. Who does that anymore🧐 These guys👏👏 Thank you so much!!”

“Return with me now to the summer of 1976. WOTT radio is playing a commercial for Lofink's and at the end, the fadeout is simply "Lofink's in Carthage. Lofink's in Carthage. Lofink's in Carthage. Over and over. It still rings in my head to thisday. 50 effing years later. Either there is something wrong with me or that was one heck of an effective commercial.”

“5 stars. 100% recommend. They did a pre-purchase inspection for me free-of-charge, and gave me a thorough report on the vehicle I was planning to buy. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Sam was very accommodating and took the time to answer all of my questions. Larry was the mechanic who test drove the vehicle and inspected it on the lift. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly.”

“Without compare, best around. Needed a inspection in a pinch. Took to our usually guy who has expanded and added on (at customers expense) and said it failed inspection bc of stuff they told me in the fall was all good or just changed so I was very concerned and skeptical about them. Took it to i2i and was in and out with inspection done and all set in 1/2 hr or so. Even had a fun and good talk with the front desk guy. Over all amazing company. Ill be going back thats for sure.”

“Might be a little biased because he’s my cousin, but Scott is very professional, honest, fast and AFFORDABLE! Took my vehicle in to get my loose tie rod replaced. I was in and out in about 25-30 minutes. Now I’m stress free and don’t have to constantly worry about if my tie rod will come off completely which can be very dangerous. My car feels so much better to drive. Will continue going to Coveys for all my car/maintenance needs. Thank you Scott!”

“While traveling for work my alternator went. Johnson’s was easy to deal with through AAA and their customer service was top tier. Had me back on the road within a couple days while up in the area and even came to pick me up from the hotel to bring me to the shop for pickup. Reasonable pricing and excellent service from start to finish, can’t ask for more!”

“Brought the car in to get tires switched and they ended up being the wrong ones, so we opted to just buy a set even with the mix up they still had our car finished up in about a half hour also noticed a missing lug nut up front and found us a new one for $2.50, isn't the same but it fits and it's safe, which is all that really matters, would like to thank the car care crew for doing their jobs and a few others too, as they catch quite a bit of gruff over the propane which they don't have keys to but that doesn't stop people from complaining to them about it, but they were still quick to get on the PA and ask for assistance for the propane outside, anyhow all around great job”

“I drove from Buffalo, NY to Caskinette Ford to work with Chris (3 1/2 hours). He was ready with literal open arms when I got there. Very inviting and friendly. Chuck was also phenomenal. We had a small hurdle and Chuck came out to ensure that everything was handled exceptionally. It truly felt like I was important to them. Additionally, the building is gorgeous (I think I even saw massage chairs?!). The view from inside to across the street is phenomenal. I'm very happy with the dealership, the whole sales team, and the deal we were able to put together . Thank You Chris, Chuck, and the rest of the team at Caskinette.”

“I always use the laser wash. I've never had any issues besides waiting in line, but that just comes with the territory. I appreciate that they offer undercarriage wash as part of the least expensive option.”
