Advance Auto Parts offers automotive aftermarket products and free store services. The store provides lots of car products, including wiper blades, batteries, and parts. Many reviews note the employees are fantastic, outstanding, helpful, informative, kind, courteous, and friendly. They go above and beyond, give it their all, and are very helpful in finding the right parts, offering guidance on repairs, and performing free installations like for wiper blades. This helpful service keeps customers motivated and leaves them feeling content with new knowledge. However, some customers feel the staff can seem bothered when asked questions, and some items are noted as expensive. The store earns deep respect and lifelong customers for its dedication.
Great place for parts and guidance. My first wiper blades did not work so they gave me a discount on the second pair “for my trouble.” They’ve won a customer for life!
