“I've never been here before, but I was at a friend's house right up the road when I noticed one of my tires was going flat. A friend offered to fix it for me and all he needed was the glue. So I stopped in and the guy there who helped me was very nice. I not only bought the glue I bought a repair kit to keep in my truck for any future tire issues. He was even nice to go in the back to check and see if he had a complete kit including the glue, unfortunately he didn't and that's ok. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. Check it out! I thought it's a nice little Napa store”

“Well I guess it's who answers and how you ask for the parts you need when you call. All the bad reviews about customer service could be the customers negligence?!?! Maybe. Turns out they didn't have the rims for a 96Olds but the guy who answered was polite and looked up the part and was actually honest saying it would cost the same to have them shipped from elsewhere as new ones.
So basically know what you're asking for,year,make,model, correct part and description of what you want. Easy.”

“Barry was amazing and really went above and beyond. I came in not being 100% sure what I wanted and he was patient and helped show me many options and answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. When I finally chose the car he gave me clear step by step instructions of what I would need and what to expect. When I was on the phone with my insurance company asking them for the necessary documents needed for signing they told me that I was lucky to be working with such an amazing sales person because most dealerships don’t give their clients all of the information that he gave me and they could tell he was incredible.
