I attended the Le Vian Event in Catskill today and I purchased a beautiful ring from the Le Vian collection. The store manager Ian Vitellaro assisted me with this purchase and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I encourage everyone to attend one of these Le Vian events. You won't be disappointed! Ian and his associates really helped me pick out my favorite jewelry set I own. They were patient with me, made me laugh, made me feel beautiful. I wish every store had the same great energy as this store. I will most definitely be returning to this store. I will always recommend this location to all my nyc friends and family just because of the great atmosphere and terrific customer service they provided me.

When I went to this store I had a very pleasant experience! The girls working there were very nice and very polite. The male manager was amazing and so accommodating and just overall wonderful!! I’m so happy with my experience! I will definitely be back!

I can not speak highly enough of the Catskill Kay jewelers. The store manager, Ian, and his associate, modesta went above and beyond to get my engagement ring repaired. They were polite, super attentive, and a natural joy to be around. I went in simply to fix a ring where they got me an amazing deal on almost matching earrings for my big wedding day! I can’t wait to share the photos. August can’t come fast enough! Thank you guys for all you do

I will never shop this store again, the females working in this store are very polite, But the Male that works there is very rude to customers and doesn’t have patience’s. I will never shop there againUpdate : I keep seeing all these good reviews being put for this store. And that male manager. He must just pick and choose who to help because by no means did he help me in anyway possible. Still never shopping in this store ever again

Me and my wife went in to look at an engagement ring last week n was helped by lan which I believe was the store manager. He gave us a dirty look the minute he saw us. I felt like he was judging us right from the start. Maybe because I was dressed in my work clothes, I'm not sure but we ended up not buying anything. We ended up going to Albany and shopping at Frank Adams and did a custom ring for my wife to be.We spent over $10,000 but because lan didn't judge us properly we went to a different jewelry store , A choice we don't regret. We will never shop at Kays again. I highly recommend Frank Adams !!!!

I’m a frequent shopper at your store I would prefer to not give my name because I don’t want any retaliation brought against me. But I need your area manager to know about how horrible of a manager Ian is , I’ve had multiple issues with him when buying items and getting items sent out. He’s very rude

The repair service is unreliable. Two rings left for repair, supposed to take 2 weeks, ended up taking 2.5 months. Apparently they were misplaced / mislabeled. Although rings were returned with no work made, store wanted to charge me. Waste of time, unnecessary stress, and subpar service. Just thankful the rings were not lost!

Had my jewelry inspected and cleaned in under 15 minutes. Even if all the staff are busy, someone takes the time to say someone will be with you shortly.
