After having 2 horrible experiences in Schenectady, I was so grateful for Diane. She was so sweet, kind and caring. There are people who go to work for a paycheck and then there are people like Diane who genuinely care. She made getting lab work very easy and painless.

Went today w my 4YO for his bloodwork- the phlebotomist was the only one working and was AMAZING & KIND. While I’m sure she was stressed- she didn’t let us know it! Definitely recommend!! My son also didn’t even cry & she got the needle in first try which is so big in my book as a mom!
