I received an immediate text confirmation with all the information I needed—including a barcode I could scan upon arrival for a fast, contactless check-in.

At the Catskill location, the staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and kind. They made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. The phlebotomist was compassionate, skilled, and incredibly thoughtful. I barely felt the needle stick, which is saying something!
