“Prices weren’t bad. Site was a little glitchy. Had issues adding items to my cart and entering my card at checkout. Edit for more details: site would offer a multi tool discount but would not show which tools qualified. The discount did end up being applied when I bought multiple tools though. When checking out, it would not allow me to enter the CVV code for the card. After trying a bunch of times I was finally able to enter it and make the purchase. Adjusted rating since the company showed initiative to resolve the issue and I’m not 100% certain it wasn’t a problem on my end. Although I don’t typically have any issue on other sites.”

“Great place. They almost always have what I need, which in today's case was wasp spray. And it was on sale too. Yeah, they're well known for being a little too eager to help you from time to time, but that's okay. It's good for when I actually do need help finding something.”
