“Immediately after walking in you are welcomed with a bright open area and kind hearted people! Both classic and popular books in stock, plus a great kids section. Especially perfect for any romance lovers.”
“This local bookstore has become my ultimate comfort place throughout my 4+ years living in Queens. On a beautiful day, I’ll even walk all the way to Kew and Willow from Forest Hills. The staff is incredibly warm and inviting — always excited to provide a great reading recommendation or to have a chat. The curation of titles is excellent and it truly has a community-oriented feel. I wish my work schedule gave me more flexibility to go to EVEN MORE of the events (and when it does I’ll be there!), but the ones I have gone to are beautifully organized and a much needed safe space in these crazy times we’re living in. I’ll go out of my way to not only recommend this shop, but to pre-order my favorite titles there so I can support Kew and Willow in every way possible.
I feel so incredibly lucky to have a local bookstore like Kew and Willow that I come back to time and time again — where I can feel a sense of quiet joy and comfort. I will never stop going and I can’t recommend enough for all fellow book lovers to come through their doors.
Thank you to the Kew and Willow team for bringing magic. x”
“Great shop with a friendly staff and a nice selection of comics, collectibles, and figures. The store is organized, welcoming, and always worth stopping into. Definitely recommend Royal Collectibles.”
“Amazing Anime Store in New York City! I got Kyojuro Rengoku banner, Jujutsu Kaisen number 1 Manga, & Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba number 2 Manga since I completed reading the first one.”
“This place completely exceeded expectations. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming without being overdone, and everything runs with a level of consistency you don’t always see.
The quality really stands out. Every item we tried was fresh, well-balanced, and clearly made with attention to detail. You can tell there’s thought behind both the flavors and presentation, which makes the experience feel intentional rather than just routine.
Service was another highlight. Friendly, efficient, and attentive without hovering, which is honestly a rare balance to strike. It made the whole visit feel smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
What I appreciated most is that this isn’t just a one-time good experience kind of place. It feels reliable, like somewhere you can come back to regularly and know exactly what you’re getting.
Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to and recommending to others.”
“It's a quaint little bookshop with a bunch of Korean books and a decent amount of kpop albums. I briefly dropped by to take a look at their kpop album selection and was able to score one of the older Stray Kids albums. There's a pretty good variety though the stock seems limited so it's like a mini scavenger hunt to find your favorite group but I'll definitely drop by again.”

“Such a beautiful place to go when you need anything for your Hindu/Sikh rituals. They have everything from Bhagaved Gita to Guru Granth Sahib to Bengali books on Durga Ma. Also many Indian utensils and Indian games like Carom. Truly a peaceful place.”
“My sister and I have been to this place and that the people there were nice, kind, friendly and helpful. This is because both of us went in there and made a donation using checks to donate money for the people that rebuilding following the earthquake in Taiwan.”
“I used to be a student in AtoZ and I loved it, the staff were kind the Principle is Kind and the school is amazing. Its so sad to see AtoZ now because I'm in 7th grade and it been a long time, and the fact that when you have your graduation for your child and they play songs for your religion which I think is very cool, overall 5 stars.”
“I had such an amazing experience here from start to finish. Leland and Matt Barry were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire exam. The staff was so patient and helpful when it came to choosing the perfect glasses for my face shape and prescription needs. They really took the time to make sure I found frames that looked great and felt great. Everything was fast, efficient, and seamless, but I never felt rushed. You can truly tell they care about their patients and customer experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist and glasses shop that goes above and beyond!”
“Absolutely beautiful - books to the ceiling. Old vintage books smell I loved it feels like a hidden lost royal library. The owner is super sweet and friendly and the prices are amazing! Picked up a book that normally on Amazon is 21$ I got it like new condition for $1! Yes you read that right ! Love this book shop will definitely recommend and will return!”
“Very organized little store. Unfortunately classics had very few books; though still worth visiting. I found some books to choose. Be notified that they only accept cash.”
“(Translated by Google) Very good, the attention... the store is very nice and organized, except that the sign in front... is not so visible... but the attention is very good...(Original)Muy buena, la atención...la tienda muy Bonita y organizada solo que el letrero del frente....no es tan visible...pero la atención es muy buena....”
“Love this place for great finds like books, toys, coffee, sweets, fancy pens and journal books, and many other trinkets. What would make tgis place a five star is for someone to assist in managing the noise level of kids running around and playing as if they were in the park. This used to be a very quiet, amazing library like environment for people of all ages. What happened?”
“When I got here it seemed as if I had stumbled upon a vegan/vegetarian grocery store in the back of a bookstore. While it is not very big, you will see all the bigger vegan brands that you sometimes are looking for. The prices aren’t the best but I saw brands that I rarely see.”
“St John's is great campus, have someone there look up George Sabatini at Bloomsburg University Basketball ! Make him an offer he can't refuse. Currently training w Lamar Greer and Stephen Rosenberry. He's only a sophomore don't miss out.”

“Wonderful store. Wonderful Service. I happened upon this store and left with beautiful gifts for my daughters, myself and my home. Sadly, the store may close in December 2026. Prayers that they will find the funding and community they need to stay open!”
“The bookstore is wonderful and has many things an aspiring student could want. But, it has two levels and to get to the basement level a disabled student has to know where the elevator is and how to find the lower level of the book store.”
“I went to this school for undergrad in physics and It was the best opportunity I have ever had ever had. I had learned so much in my time here and made so many lasting memories course work is challenging but there are people willing to help you at every corner.”
“They are helpful. No lines in the summer. I gave it four stars because half the campus had no power so the store was shut down for three weeks and when you're doing summer courses you can't get your books for those classes. They finally brought in a generator but never fixed the power problem. Hopefully it gets fixed.”

“I bought some KN95 masks from this Hudson News in Terminal 4 for $5 each. There's a markup, but not a big one. You can buy them in bulk on Amazon for about $3 each, so I'd say $5 for a single item, at an airport, isn't bad. That's also less than the vending machines in the terminal--they sell them for $7 each. The masks are great. They form a tight seal and have a metal nose bridge piece. They are warm, but very easy to breathe through pressure-wise. I assume they're effective.”
“Superb shopping experience. Containing everything one needs to live a Torah life of Deveikus to Hashem. Competitive pricing keeps it so Hashem doesn't need to manifest open miracles for your Torah study. Godbless the good folk here. They are warm and welcoming like a Shabbos lunch cholent (obviously not a Thursday night Cholent as that is recently banned due to it's intrinsic evil). We should all aspire to be talmidei chachamim. Like these humble shop owners. Love you all! (Please give me a discount)”
