I started CrossFit a few years back. Loved coming to try something new when I have wanted to get into CrossFit for a while. This gym not only is a great establishment it’s literally a family ❤️Mariana is amazing… if you love to stay fit but the gym is boring, this is the place to come.

I joined for the hyrox classes and wow did they make a difference. My vo2 always hovered around 50 but after 3 months i am up to 55, thank you to crossfit kryptonite. Also what a great group of people!

I’ve been going to this CrossFit gym for over a month now, and it’s been an amazing experience! The coaches are super knowledgeable and really supportive, and the members are so friendly and welcoming. The workouts are intense but really rewarding. I leave feeling stronger every time. Highly recommend trying out a class!
