But even more beautiful was the energy of the owners that made our visit that much more special we talked about crystals, reiki and so much more and received the most beautiful confirmations from them as well as the most loving warm hugs from HECTOR ❤ we are so so greatful we stopped by and will be back because the service was also amazing.”
“Absolutely excellent customer service. Mike was so helpful, he listened to my needs and understood issues that I have had with other sneakers. He measured me for size and brought out several pairs for me to try on, allowing me to take as much time as I needed. He ordered a pair from the warehouse for me and called as soon as they were in. When I went back, I was helped by James. Equally as nice and also offered great customer service like Mike did. Prices were competitive, so there is no reason to go anywhere else for sneakers!”

“OK, so buying such an expensive item online for most people is pretty scary. I must say that Demetrius answered all my questions… And I mean there were a lot of questions Never made me feel like I was a burden and was very reassuring But let’s face it, the proof is in the pudding Told him what I wanted and he told me he would do it Oh, and he did not disappoint! My coat is absolutely gorgeous but there were a few few little minor issues that needed to be dealt with which are very easy when you’re in the same town but when there are several states away that seems like a huge thing to deal with, but not for Dimitrios, he said just ship it back show me exactly what you want and we’ll take care of it And I must say he certainly did! Everything was done in a timely manner he never made me feel like I was an obligation or a burden in anyway even though I must have bugged him silly with so many questions He got what needed to be fixed taken care of for me and these were more preference things mind you and sent it back to me right away and I must say I can’t wait for it to get Cold! I am so in love and I am so grateful and deeply appreciate this business and how he takes care of his customers. I would recommend this to anyone.”

“I worked with Slubia for my wedding dress alterations through Cherished Bridals and she is such a sweet lady and very skilled in her craft! I felt my dress was a bit snug for me so I called her and she accommodated me later that weekend. We had to drive to Long Island but the drive was worth it as she made sure everything was comfortable for me before I walked out the door. Highly recommend for your alternations!”

Once inside you are transported into time. Each row of clothing is section off according its decade, which make shopping so easy. The sales associate is very personable and knowledgeable about the garments, shoes and brooches. The clothes are pricey depending on your taste but you can find average priced items as well. Fun fact; the doors are so small to force you to bow, even kings or queens, to ensure all remain humble.”

“The shopping experience here is just SO elite compared to the customer service you get at Victorias Secret. They are attentive from the minute you walk in the door, measure you, explain things, show you options, and really help you each step of the way. They make suggestions, and bring things to the dressing room so you do not have to go searching. The environment is a lot less busy, making it personable and relaxing. The quality of the items also appears to be higher! I had a great experience with Nemesis and Courtney (apologies if I got either of your names wrong)!”

“What an absolute gem of a store! We were visiting family in New York from Colorado and decided to stop into PJ Vintage while we were in Port Jefferson. The store has such a fun and unique selection, the prices are very reasonable, and the entire experience was genuinely enjoyable.
A huge part of what made our visit so special was Stacy! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and just an absolute pleasure to talk with. She took the time to help my daughter look through different options, and thanks to Stacy, my daughter actually found her prom dress! ❤ We definitely weren’t expecting to come home from our trip to New York with a prom dress, which made the experience even more memorable.
Stacy made us feel like we were shopping with a friend rather than just visiting a store. If you’re in Port Jefferson, PJ Vintage is absolutely worth stopping into.
