He took the time to explain the different sneaker options and helped me find the right fit and support for my feet. You can tell he really cares about helping customers rather than just making a sale. He left such a positive impression on us, and we’ll definitely be coming back soon. We’ll absolutely be recommending this store…and Mark specifically, to friends and family!”

“The shopping experience here is just SO elite compared to the customer service you get at Victorias Secret. They are attentive from the minute you walk in the door, measure you, explain things, show you options, and really help you each step of the way. They make suggestions, and bring things to the dressing room so you do not have to go searching. The environment is a lot less busy, making it personable and relaxing. The quality of the items also appears to be higher! I had a great experience with Nemesis and Courtney (apologies if I got either of your names wrong)!”

“One thing I hate is when workers try to sell me stuff I don’t look good in. My friends were at work and I needed an honest opinion. The worker in the fitting room was so kind and was honest- we loved the pants but didn’t love the top. She then went on a hunt to help me find the perfect top. I walked away with just the pants not a top but I also walked away with a great sense of girlhood<3 I’m sick of being pressured to buy to push the sale (I also work in retail). She and the cashier made me trust that though great workers can secure a sale, they can also be a girl too and help another woman out. Will be back! <3”

“Beautiful boutique with a lot of cute things. I was shopping for my best friend's birthday and was able to pick up few things. The girls working at the boutique are so sweet, friendly and bubbly. Such a pleasant experience! I ended up with more things that I have initially planned to buy just because they pointed out to awesome necklaces, earrings and bracelets. I will surely be back again!”

“I shop at Macy’s in Smith Haven Mall pretty often, and overall it’s a solid place to find good quality clothes and accessories. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is usually helpful when I need something. My only complaint is that some items feel a bit on the expensive side, especially compared to other stores. Still, I usually end up finding what I need, and the quality makes it worth it most of the time.”

“Shopped in Primark Smithaven Mall for the first time today. Now, I’m no shopper but this was a great experience. The prices are great and there were plenty of fashion forward choices for men. I don’t understand the complaints about needing to have the original receipt for returns. As an older person I guess I’m used to that and don’t see what the big deal is. Need to see how the clothing holds up over time but with everything so expensive these days I was shocked as to how affordable things were there. The store was bright, neat and well stocked. Can’t wait to go back.”
“Large selection, but sizes tend to run small and they don't stock a lot of larger sizes in general. Prices are pretty fair and they have a lot of interesting things, but unfortunately really only for smaller girls. If that's you go for it because they do have some nice stuff”
“I had an absolutely incredible experience at American Eagle thanks to Veronica. I came in feeling unsure about shopping for jeans and left feeling confident, comfortable, and genuinely good about myself and that is entirely because of her.
Veronica spent over two hours with me, patiently helping me try styles I normally wouldn’t consider, offering honest feedback, encouragement, and nonstop support. She went far beyond what her job requires, never rushing me and making sure I truly felt comfortable in every option. Her kindness, patience, and positive energy completely changed what could have been a stressful experience into a really empowering one.
Customer service like this is rare. Veronica didn’t just help me find 6 pairs of jeans, in store and online she helped me feel more at ease and more comfortable with myself. American Eagle is lucky to have her, and I will absolutely be back because of the experience she provided.”
