The pool is not only stunning to look at but it is also highly functional with an auto pool cover, and intreated hot tub, heating system and LED lights. As for the outdoor kitchen, it has transformed our backyard into an entertainers dream. All of the work was top notch with high quality materials. “Staff in store was very helpful in finding some outdoor christmas lights. I bought the hard to find last one in stock at this location. Then the staff found more in another location only a couple miles away and they were able to have it on hold, so when i made the quick drive to the 2nd location my item was already at the counter waiting for me. “I had a pretty good experience at this Home Depot recently while looking for a grill for my Dad for Father's Day. I am not a grill person, I cook like crazy, but indoors, zero grill knowledge. I used google to do some research but ultimately went to Home Depots website and looked up highly rated grills blah blah blah. My Dad had an old Weber and I had been told by countless people that Webers were the best so I knew that's what I wanted to go with. Came in and went straight to customer service for some assistance and a guy walked me over to the grills and we took a quick look. He gave me his recommendation and was knowledgable enough about which grill I should get. I went with the Spirit, their cheapest Weber option because I was told it's still a fantastic grill and through all the research I had done, that was what I was gathering as well. They didn't have any in stock and I certainly wasn't going to take the floor model, yeah right. So the guy helped order one from a different store and set me up for free delivery. The process was smooth and easy, he was a great help. Now because I'm a pain in the butt and super indecisive, three days later I changed my mind and decided I wanted to go with the upgraded version, the big dog, the Genesis. I came into the store and making the switch was also, very very easy. This time another gentleman assisted me and told me they had the grills built in the back and that one of those would be the one sent to my house. I was for sure not taking his word for it because as I had seen at other Home Depots, they put the grills out for people to open, mess around with, try out before purchasing if you will and I again, did not want a floor model. I voiced my concern and the guy assured me the grill was set up and wrapped in plastic ready for purchase. He even took the time to bring me in the back and show me for myself, which I really really appreciated. The grill was wrapped up nicely with tape to hold the wrapping in place and once I made my purchase, he wheeled the grill into the back storage area for me so that there was no confusion about whose grill it was. The home delivery was free as they were running a special for free delivery if you buy a grill over, I'm not sure exactly, I think it was $300 or so. So I did that. Since the delivery was free they give you a very wide time frame. I was told the grill would come some time between 6 am and 8pm, something like that. So basically I didn't leave my house all day and this was surprise so I had to make sure I was home. The delivery guys came around 2:30 and wheeled the grill out to where we wanted it. When we eventually unwrapped it there were a few scratches on the front of the grill, I wasn't happy about it but my Dad didn't mind. Little bit of a bummer. Overall my experience at this Home Depot was good and I was definitely dealing with customer service directly for these transactions. One big problem though, getting through to someone on the phone is a nightmare. I tried to reach the customer service desk for, a very very long time with no luck. I called the garden department, no luck, doors and windows no luck, you name it, I called it and no one answered. Probably should do something about that.”

“Recently purchased my kitchen granite countertop through home depot online order. The measurements and sample system online was awesome, and straight forward to follow directions. Either way, once you make your purchase, you will get a phone call regarding your purchase. They give you the option to pick a custom slab too if desired. You'll be assigned a Designer who will keep you up to date on your order and any special/custom request, my designer was Amanda from PennFab. Amazing and super patient! The home depot staff was amazing as well, the whole design department in home depot was great with advise and planning. After the fabricator sent someone to take measurements AND make a template, I then paid the remaining bill for any adjustments. (I changed the color.) BUT most importantly, the measurements and the template process was smooth and it's VERY accurate! Desiree, thank you so much for staying on top of my project, and being so very patient with my color picking frinzy. Joseph, your advice on the size and discount, stellar! Great call, and thank you for the confidence in the whole process. Mr. H! You're the best, the man let me look through EVERY color sample and was in no rush. Home Depot design department is obviously all on the same page, and are good at what they do. They know the process well, and they also understand the anxiety of the customer when picking the right color/material. Highly recommended! Smooth and easy enough process at the end.”

Both gentlemen helped save time and money with their suggestions and helping to find the correct parts for a recent small plumbing project. The store was clean and seemed well organized. The plumber already installed the whole thing and we weren't finding one in the store but when the woman was checking availability at other locations, she found the faucet model in the returns cart, and we were able to get the handle!”

“I needed to buy an AC Unit for my daughter's apartment. There was a price difference that was advertised on the Home Depot website. I walked over to customer service, stood there for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged by two female sales associates. They were busy yapping away about their personal lives. I said, excuse me.. sorry to interrupt and continue to ask my question. 1) both were abrupt and very rude 2) both gave me wrong information. I was too annoyed and walked away to deal with their poor customer service. I went to search for another sale associate and found Mike, he's the reason for the 5 stars!!! He helped me out, was very friendly and professional. There was another sales rep that asked if I needed help with the AC unit and brought me a cart. I didn't get his name. But these guys should train those rude women in customer service.”
