“Temperature controlled!!!! This was key for us when choosing what we affectionately refer to as “Our Commack Apartment”. Ample, secure space with easy 24/7 access to store our belongings. We evacuated Manhattan early in the pandemic and urgently needed safe storage unit for absolutely everything. The staff at LifeStorage were extremely helpful. Reassuring us that their temperature control would keep everything dry and protected from extreme cold/heat… especially any antique furniture or artwork. Also the pricing is fair.”

Most of all, while one wouldn't think that customer service would come into play in a self-service facility such as Extra Space Storage Brentwood, it does---from direct front desk assistance to behind the scenes activity. I once failed to lock my unit properly; not only did the front desk reach out to me, they checked on the contents of the unit to assure all was well and took steps to secure the unit. Love their daily walk-arounds to assure all is as it should be in the facility!”

“Today I went to extra space storage in Hauppauge and I absolutely never write reviews but today was a different day. Thank you to Mr. William for helping my sister decide on the correct size unit she needed. I thought I was going to have to figure everything out for her but luckily the customer service was on point and bilingual, my sister only speaks Spanish and I thought I would have to translate but was I wrong. He was so informative as well as attentive to her needs and questions. Amazing customer service skills and definitely a great experience. 5 star rating is in order.”

Fast forward to when I came there to put somethings into storage, I was having trouble operating the lift, I so happened to run into him and with no complaints/attitude he assisted me with the lift. Then I came back next day and key broke off In lock and gentleman went above and beyond to assist was able to help even though it was near his closing time. He didn't rush me and was helpful. All this after the place next door was not friendly, accommodating or polite.”

“Excellent experience, setting up my rental. The gentleman for the online setup was very helpful and communicated directly to the Bohemia manager John Z. and his staff. I quickly stopped by the location and was given a quick tour and was shown my reserved choices. The location was “top notch”, very clean, easy to navigate and the staff was informative and professional. Within an hour of touring the facility, my wife and I made our decision to choose “Extra Space” and I was able to utilize my rental, the very next morning. Excellent service!!! Thanks John and crew!”

“I would give 5 stars if the gates were accessable for longer hours.I would love it if they had open gate access til 12am or even 11pm. This would make it easier for a lot of customers, including myself, lol!!I absolutely love storing here!The customer service @ Deer Park location is excellent!The store manager Dave, you are great & go above and beyond for your customers & have so for me!!Thank you!You, Dave & your employees have been on top of everything!They have always called about suspicious activity and they watch my unit!! I'm in a good spot!I left my gate unlocked once and Dave called right away. Problem was resolved! Thank you!!Just recently,A woman called the office, she had given my unit# saying she was moving out and her daughter was going to be there to move her unit being that she was out of state!!I got a call from the office immediately after that call to confirm!!Thank God that she had mistaken her unit # for my unit #.My point is they're 10000% The Best Facility to Store your belongings with. All of the move in deals including one with a free moving truck!I can only speak for the Deer Park location,So far I've dealt with the store manager, Dave and two other employees. They all have been 100% on top of everything!I totally recommend this Facility to everyone!!I almost forgot,Tell Dave that Jess C. sent you!!!You'll get to take advantage of special deals with a discounted rate.They offer discount program also!So let Dave know Jess C.
