My experience with Maria at the returns counter was extremely disappointing. She was very rude and even stated that she doesn’t care about customer service. I was shocked that Home Depot would allow an employee to treat customers this way. Her disrespectful attitude takes away the desire to want to shop here again.

Was doing some shopping for a new project and was unfamiliar with this store's layout. I tried to ask 3 different employees where something was and they all completely ignored me, just kept walking. This would never happen at Lowe's, their employees will not only greet you but ask if you need help finding anything.
