She's clearly passionate about her job and made me feel very welcomed! I've come to have a favorite teller now too, Joshalynn! I've stopped by several times to make deposits and she is an absolute ray of sunshine! She's very kind, very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly and efficiently! These women make you feel like you're walking into a relatives home, instead of a bank and I couldn't be more appreciative! You two are wonderful, I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!! She even emailed my rep at the bank in Niagara Falls. That rep called within an half hour. Awesome service. The answer was not to my liking. However ,the service was top notch. I am very happy with both Reps.”

“This is my go to branch, and it has always been a pleasant experience. I switched from an online only bank back to a brick and mortar, ONLY because it was a hassle withdrawing money for large purchases. Only thing holding this institution back from 5 stars is their god-awful automated phone service and the terrible app that seems to do the bare minimum. I've been trying to change my Debit Card PIN for 20 minutes via the automated service, and I finally gave up. It keeps telling me "I didn't understand" and to "call back later during business hours", even though I'm using THE KEYPAD. NO KIDDING YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. I literally spoke to a rep earlier who told me use the automated line!The summary: real life people are always nice, but on the technological side, you'd have better luck using services designed by monkeys using typewriters.”

“I had originally planned to visit a different branch on the same street. However, I am glad that I ended up at this branch, where I received the utmost service and support from the branch manager and tellers. They coordinated with another branch where I received the money to purchase a car. From opening a new account and depositing checks to applying for a personal loan and receiving a large sum of money, they did it all in two days! It would take too long to explain the entire situation, so I won't go into more detail. I can tell you that Key Bank is a wonderful local bank chain in New York State that makes you feel very well supported.”
“I had the best experience switching all my accounts over from a different bank to efcu..I had a lot of questions, and needed to open a new credit account. I was helped by Ms. White, and she was phenomenal, and went the extra mile to make the transition flawless, and treated me like a person, not a number. I cant say enough good things about the experience, and would recommend them, and Ms. White , to put your money and Investments in there hands. Lots of options and benefits. “I love Citizens Bank. All the negative comments on here seem to be from people who are not detail oriented or are not financially intelligent. A bank is it tool if you don't know how to use a tool then you're never going to be happy. Citizens has a great cash back credit card that I pay off multiple times a month and it has been fantastic!! Their auto loan rates and home equity have been really great products as well. Very happy.”
