I was shopping for a particular tool box I found on the Ace Hardware website. I went to the Ace Hardware store in Plattsburgh, NY but they didn't have any in stock. I was reluctant to travel all over to other Ace stores fearing the same result. My brother-in-law was at the Champlain, NY Ace Hardware and enquired for me. The store was very busy and yet Linda and Ethan went to great lengths to find that particular tool box. My brother-in-law informed me they had set the tool box aside for me. I arrived an hour later and found the tool box was on a cart ready to go. They even wheeled it out to my car. The service was top notch! I'll be back again!

Just went there for that unexpected emergency. Aaron was very helpful in assisting with a water pump. He even carried it out to my vehicle for me. What impressed me also, was he moved quickly, full of energy!

No matter what I need or problems solving ideas ace is the place! I love the knowledgeable staff always there to help even if you don’t buy anything in the store. Few years ago my battery died the gentleman drove me to the auto parts store down the road to get me a new battery and even helped me install it with his tools. This is a like a small family run store where every one knows somebody in town. Very special place. Thank you very much for all the great service over the years!
