“As a Canadian customer, I needed to have a package delivered to Bordermail Depot on a specific date for inspection. The entire team was dedicated to ensuring its reception and allowed me to inspect my artwork as soon as it arrived.
Thank you to the entire team for your flexibility and exemplary service.
François”
“I'd would beg to differ from the poster below. I have been using American Mail and Parcel for over two years (and before that I dealt with Shawn when he was with a different company). They are extremely prompt with their replies to emails, telephone calls etc. I think that American Mail and Parcel goes above and beyond their job descriptions. I have both a business and personal account with them and wouldn't trade them for the world. In fact, if Shawn were to leave this company and start a new one I would go there! We've built a relationship with Shawn over the past 7 years. You can't trade good customer service for anything!”
“The loveliest, most professional staff you could ever meet. Always ready and happy to solve a problem or go the extra mile for a customer. If only Canada Post could be HALF as good.”
