As a resident of Dodge City, Kansas, I've had a hard time finding a durable cover that can withstand the extreme winds in the area. However, the cover I bought from CarCover.com has been able to do just that.Unlike other covers I've purchased in the past, which would rip within a few weeks due to wind pressure, this cover has elastic bands around its edges and buckle and straps underneath, which prevent wind from getting trapped inside and damaging the cover.While I haven't needed to contact their support team yet, I did inquire about the warranty when I first received the cover, and the agent I spoke to took the time to explain it to me. This level of customer service was greatly appreciated.I am extremely satisfied with the product I purchased. I believe it is essential for customers to leave feedback on their experiences, both positive and negative.
