Her prices are reasonable and she was very willing to work within our budget.The in-person meeting to view sample arrangements ended up being super important, and I recommend it to any wedding couple. At first, our visions did not align and perhaps we needed to have a refresher conversation before. But all that to say, Tania ended up working with me on the spot to rearrange what she had created for the samples. And day-of, she truly came through with some absolutely gorgeous arrangements.”

I wanted to make sure I got someone very good and reliable and I got that with Jan at East meets west florist.After doing a search I then checked Google reviews and seen a number of great reviews about Jan. At first I was a slight heistant about it not being an actually store front, but Jan quickly made up for thatI emailed and also left a message and Jan got back to me within an hour or so. I let her know what I was looking for and sent her the information on the services. Jan quickly went to work on it and keep me informed the whole time and very accommodating.When the arrangement was done she sent me a picture and it was a beautiful arrangement. “Had a delivery issue that they made right! Placed an order online 2 weeks out including a deli platter. Morning of delivery I am notified that the platter is out of stock. I call and CS helps get a new platter ordered that I will pick up. I get a call maybe 20 minutes later from manager (rich?) saying the Lu are making my platter, will deliver and discount. Also ensured someone spoke to me upon pickup (I was out and pickup ended up working out better for me). Well done stop & shop in white plains!”

Best of the best....the staff is so knowledgeable and welcoming and super friendly-I have never had a negative experience or bad interaction there in all the years I have been going. They will help you decide what is best to get for any occasion and our ambulance corps locally has been using them for years to send arrangements when past members pass away or close family members of ambulance volunteers. Their prices are fair and we have never been disappointed about what they have provided. The arrangement was exactly what I envisioned and the staff during delivery and confirmation was super too. They delivered it that afternoon but due to hospital restrictions they could only deliver it to the nurses' station on the floor. Due to some mix-up the flowers never made it to my friend. “I stopped in at this location a few weeks ago while I was getting my car serviced near by, I had never been in this establishment before and the window caught my eye. They have beautiful amazing plants and arrangements that are eye catching! Once inside I had the most pleasant experience with the owner. She’s very nice and knowledgeable and super friendly. She gave me advice so that my Hoya plant I was buying from her would flourish and gave me few other pointers on other plants I have at home.
