“Working with Forever in Bloom for our August wedding in NYC was a dream. I had a very clear vision of what I wanted, but I had a hard time articulating it. Luckily, Shelley is also a mind reader as well as a floral artist, and she expertly brough my ideas to life. We had a big ask: transforming an empty, industrial-looking space into a fun, happy, and welcoming summer wedding within our budget. And wow, did she deliver! The bridal bouquet of orchids was simple and stunning. Our tablescapes included soaring greenery, a mix of traditional and funky florals, and warm candlelight. And the canopy of greenery and lights over the dance floor turned the room into a party! Shelley used a mix of pink florals that made a bright, saturated statement and beautifully complimented the various shades of blue we used throughout our wedding. The result was absolutely stunning! Following the reception, Shelley and the Forever in Bloom team repurposed our florals into smaller bouquets and shared them with people in hospitals and retirement homes. We were so happy that our flowers brightened others' days. I wish I could give Forever in Bloom more than 5 stars.”

The bouquets were just perfect, and we were so impressed with how well the hydrangeas lasted! The ground arch at our ceremony was breathtakingly beautiful - it was hydrangea-forward while tastefully complemented by a variety of flowers in shades of blue and white. The florals were stunning and created a nice balance of standing out while still allowing us to enjoy the fabulous view of the Hudson. They also listened to our logistical needs in that they situated the arch such that enough space was left behind to process onto the lawn afterwards for a group picture. Their attention to detail was remarkable. Not only did everything perfectly match the final run through we did together, but when moving flowers from the ceremony to the reception they found creative placements that made our reception feel like stepping into a garden paradise. Simply stunning!”

I stopped by today and bought some plants and a little rabbit from my garden and the prices were also very reasonable under new ownership. For many years this was my go-to place for plants and cute little gifts from n their gift shop. Then late last summer and fall it looked like the place was abandoned and there were property for sale signs on the fences and it was all closed up. I thought that was it for this place. But thankfully, it seems to be re-opened again and charming as always. So, I send a big thank you to whoever took over this place. I wish you the best of luck!
