“I'm a very satisfied customer since the 1990's. When my knees, hips and feet are feeling painful, I'll walk into Threads and Treads, explain my problem they will find the perfect fit brand. The owner is very knowledgeable, carefully assessing the gait of the sneaker being fitted. I usually walk in there miserable after using on line retail shops or larger stores where I buy the wrong sneaker and suffer. I walk out of Threads and Treads happy and relieved wearing a new pair of properly fitted sneakers I can wear for fitness for months. I highly recommend this wonderful shop!!! Thank you! “Stopped here yesterday for a pair of much needed kid's flip flops. There was a sales associate near the front door (all other methods of entry/exit were closed) welcoming me & ensuring mask adherence; hand sanitizer available upon entry; clearly marked signage everywhere to help ensure social distancing and mask adherence; every sales associate was wearing a mask (accurately- over the nose & close fitting); plexiglass encased each register/check-out area (another bottle of hand sanitizer was available at each register area), etc.All sales associates were professional, helpful and courteous. This is the first time I have ventured into a non-grocery type store since March of this year due to Covid. I was very happy to see that the management of this store takes the health and safety of both their employees and the public seriously.”
“Went shopping for my fiance's outfit for out wedding. Rean was amazing - super helpful! Wish they carried more sizes/styles in store to identify ideal fit - limited inventory. Disappointed that desired styles/sizes weren't available - especially because they are having a Spring sale - will need to wait for sizing to become available and miss out on sale.”

Daniella and Penny Not pushy and so nice, really worked with us to find pieces that we wanted but couldn’t find in the size we needed.. We love this women’s store and their products! First time in….But the service was the best ,we felt like we were shopping with good friends and it wasn’t because we were shopping and spending money. The only thing I wish is that if you purchase an item at either store and have to return that you could get a store credit but use it at either store .In Charleston we have a ladies boutique and down a few stores a Home store and gifts and if you return at either the credit and be used at either store which really makes sense . I mean why wouldn’t you , owned by same people!! Go shop at these stores , really cool pieces!”
