“I can't recommend Threads and Treads enough. I started running again in my late 30s and had tried ordering shoes online. After a few fails, I went in person and the staff were so helpful. They looked at my feet and the arches, the width, my stance, how I walk... and helped direct me to a shoe that would support all these areas. Highly recommend supporting this business so we can keep stores alive that really provide expertise and guidance we will never get through big box stores. One note: keep the box! you can't return unless you have the box :)”

“Good store .. at times it seems slightly unorganized but I believe it’s do to not having enough employees. That seems to be the problem at most places . Company don’t hire enough people because less people shop in stores and buy online. I prefer in stores

But I want to say that, for all the expensive orders Richards must get, I was so appreciative and touched by the attention to detail and customer service I received. Specifically, they gift wrapped the order beautifully, included a congratulatory gift tag note, and sent a hand written note from the person who put the order together. Above and beyond. Would 100% recommend this store.”

“Stopped here yesterday for a pair of much needed kid's flip flops. There was a sales associate near the front door (all other methods of entry/exit were closed) welcoming me & ensuring mask adherence; hand sanitizer available upon entry; clearly marked signage everywhere to help ensure social distancing and mask adherence; every sales associate was wearing a mask (accurately- over the nose & close fitting); plexiglass encased each register/check-out area (another bottle of hand sanitizer was available at each register area), etc.All sales associates were professional, helpful and courteous. This is the first time I have ventured into a non-grocery type store since March of this year due to Covid. I was very happy to see that the management of this store takes the health and safety of both their employees and the public seriously.”
“The clothes are well made. The sales were amazing. The staff is continuously refolding the clothes and keeping the store very neat. I am handicapped and the store staff offered to help me multiple times. They are to be commended for their professionalism and positive attitudes .”
“It was such a great and easy non pressure experience . We enjoyed looking and chatting with Ron who couldn’t have been nicer. My daughter and I went to “ Him”” as the cute gals at Her where we had a blast and felt right at home with Daniella and Penny. Said go to the men’s store ! Daniella and Penny Not pushy and so nice, really worked with us to find pieces that we wanted but couldn’t find in the size we needed.. We love this women’s store and their products! First time in….But the service was the best ,we felt like we were shopping with good friends and it wasn’t because we were shopping and spending money. The only thing I wish is that if you purchase an item at either store and have to return that you could get a store credit but use it at either store .In Charleston we have a ladies boutique and down a few stores a Home store and gifts and if you return at either the credit and be used at either store which really makes sense . I mean why wouldn’t you , owned by same people!! Go shop at these stores , really cool pieces!”

I came in on the morning of a wedding needing a suit that day, only to learn that most stores don’t carry suit inventory on-site. Brooks Brothers did, and Eric made the entire experience seamless.
