Went into the store today for some ski goodies after not skiing for over a decade. I was helped by Michelle. I told her exactly what my needs were and she helped me every step of the way showing me various pairs of pants, gloves, and goggles. She was very patient and a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 fantastic service!
