“Katonah Shipping is a great local business with great owners and employees. I’ve been using their services for two years now and they are always helpful, welcoming and greet me with a smile. Recently, I had a very complicated return to make that involved 10 extremely large, heavy packages - not only did they make me feel like I was welcome in their store, they actively helped me solve the problem with my return, load my truck, repackage materials and coordinate the shipping labels. Even on a busy Friday with other patrons in and out of the store, they made sure solving my shipment was a priority for them. They approached the situation with empathy and experience. “This review serves as a commendation for Glen of the UPS Store located at 333 Mamaroneck Ave in White Plains NY. I have visited all the UPS stores in lower Westchester county and the Bronx. Although I have never had a bad experience at any location, Glen is by far the most outstanding associate I have encountered.
He was super helpful and even assisted me tapping up my box. He was patient, courteous and professional. He took care of what I needed right away. Usually retuning an item is a semi dreadful experience. But Glen was awesome. And I noticed that he served every customer efficiently, promptly and with the same courteous demeanor and smile.
I must reiterate that he is definitely a valuable member of your organization. His hard work and service should not go unnoticed.”

“We were at the post office today getting passports done for our 3 kids, and Jose was absolutely amazing. He made what could’ve been a super stressful process actually smooth and even fun. He was patient, helpful, and so good with the kids — cracking jokes and keeping things light while still getting everything done right. You can tell he actually cares and enjoys helping people, which is rare these days. We’ve dealt with grumpy attitudes at other places before, but Jose really stood out in the best way. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location just because of him. Thank you, Jose!”
“Katonah postmaster was terrific, I had an issue trying to forward a business address as we moved. Online service was not helpful and she walked me through it and within 10 days or so the business mail started to get delivered, she was patient and so helpful!”
“Easily the best post office I’ve ever used. They have a parking lot (!!) and I’ve gotten to know both postmasters and most of the clerks over the past decade. The staff is professional and efficient and even though at busy times it backs up easily (credit a lot of privileged suburbanites who use the USPS all of once a year and equally unprepared college kids from the two local schools), I have always trusted this post office and the excellent service and support they’ve long given me and my business.”

“Everyone is always pleasant and courteous. Post offices have a bad rep sometimes but I find this one stress free and easy. I don’t really get the negative reviews. Sometimes packages get lost because it goes through a huge system after it leaves the local branch. I wouldn’t blame them for that.”

“This post office service staff is heads and heels beyond friendly and helpful, I got my kids passports done here, and I had anxiety when I didn't have everything needed, they were understanding and still took photos I ran home and grabbed the required documents and they took my applications. Always friendly when I come in to drop off packages. Totally not the case for other usps locations in the region.”
