Winifee was so great and helpful with us. Winifee took the care with us and was so patient , it truly felt like my own mom was helping me. Had we not gone and done this process in person there were a lot of items we filled out wrong on the forms and were grateful for the assistance. In addition to helping us get our paperwork completed correctly, Winifee then also took our passport photos. The whole process was wonderful and we have already received our new passports almost 2 weeks later. I truly don’t know what we would have done without Winifee.”
