The employees, including the manager are usually swearing and complaining even infront of my kids, usually messy and understocked.

Customer service is pleasant. Always something in the store that is needed. Lines are sometimes long but they go fast. Store is neat considering the traffic that comes through there it's busy it's still is clean. That's a pleasant way to shop. ????
