I don’t even know how this place stays open! The staff is completely inattentive and don’t do anything! Your car will sit there for 4 hours before they even look at it. And every time I bring in my car for something basic, like an inspection, a week later it starts having problems. Now I’m having major engine problems after passing inspection last week with them. DONT GO HERE!

Very unprofessional. I had to make five visits to get my PSI sensor fixed. I'm finally fixing it somewhere else because I don't think they will fix it properly even if I buy them a new one.

I recently got tires put on my vehicle, after that service was done, it was recommended for me to replace the front left axle shaft because it was leaking oil. A few days later I went and got it done. A few days after the service was completed, my vehicle began to give me an issue and not go over 10 miles an hour. I got the vehicle towed to this location and it was reported by a mechanic technician that the issue was the shifter cable, and it needed to be replaced. I got the call to pick up the vehicle after getting the shifter cable replaced. while checking out, the technician suggested that “ I take the vehicle to the dealer because the transmission is under performing“ and he said “ he’s thinking it needs transmission fluid and that they were unable to add fluid because the transmission is encased and that it’s something the dealer has to perform “ so after paying for the service when I started backing out of the parking spot I immediately noticed I was having the same issue I was having before I got the vehicle towed in. I drove to another parking spot noticing that the vehicle would still not go over 10 miles an hour. After going back in and complaining telling them that “saying my transmission was under performing when it’s not going over 10 miles an hour is a huge understatement.“ They gave me a refund. not driving the vehicle back home. I had it towed to the dealer. When the dealer contacted me, they informed that “whoever was the last person that did work on my front left axle didn’t complete the job properly causing my front axle to break in half causing a piece to be lodged in the transmission. I am inclined to believe that bringing my vehicle back to them, the mechanics knew what was going on and still put a shifter cable in. I believe that these guys was dishonest from the start and was trying to hide the work that previously done on my vehicle… ultimately, the same work has to be done on my vehicle and now having other issues that Firestone mechanics caused… currently waiting to hear back from corporate.

Been here since 745am for an 8am appointment. It's 10:18 and my vehicle is still on the lift. This is far too long to change 4 tires. I will never come back here again 😡

This establishment should either replace or properly train their service advisors to act professionally. They are rude, inattentive, and behave as if customers are invisible.
Brian, show respect to customers and don’t walk away when someone needs assistance. Your job is to help customers, not display a bad attitude.

My review will be balanced. I applaud them for getting my car in and looked at, but I am thoroughly disappointed by the fact that the diagnosis didn't discover the problem and it was shoddily put back together. The original problem surfaced again we should have been taken care of the first time. This results in more time lost in having a second visit and hiring using Lyft to get places which cost money.
I have been to other Firestone service centers elsewhere in places that I have lived in the past and have had relatively good experiences. I hope this is a one-off and not a consistent pattern.

I had an appointment earlier this week, I came in at 10 AM, waited for 3 hours and my car was not even touched. I rescheduled my appointment to a later day and they told me that if I scheduled at an earlier time, then my car would be able to get looked at. They recommended a time slot for 9 AM. I showed up waited for another 3 hours, same thing, car was not even looked at. I wasted a total of 6 hours, fuel, time, and days off of work just for my car to be the same as it was before. I was hoping to get a new set of tires and even signed up for the firestone credit card, but after this kind of service, I doubt I will be using it. I never write reviews but I had to go out of my way to write this one.

I will always recommend them. Since I found them a few years ago I have run into great customer service and quality of work!
