Excellent service. Dustina and Ben helped us finally pass the emission inspection. Some weeks ago my girlfriend and I had a check engine light and we thought we solved the problem by installing a new gas cap. What we didn’t know was how to fully reset and turn off the check engine light. Dustina explained what had to be done to finish the process and SUCCESS! We had been to this Firestone before for our tires and had a great experience as well. These days it’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust but this is going to be our go to place for all our cars stuff. 5 stars!

I took my partner’s car in yesterday for an inspection, and had the absolute joy of working with Steve and Gage. When it comes to car troubles, we all know it’s never an easy process, but these two made things a breeze comparatively. They were beyond professional, the store was full, emotions were high, it was cold, and all of this was out of their control, but they handled themselves in every situation with utter decorum. They explained everything to me clearly, and helped me get the car sorted and taken care of by close. They were kind and compassionate, and gave me the straight facts, putting safety first and foremost, and I really, really appreciate that. They definitely don’t get paid nearly enough to handle all they do in a day!!!

Do not recommend for oil change but made my alignment good at free of cost for the 2nd time, thank GOD, i was very upset about as they made it worst first time!But the 2nd time they did not maintain the scheduled time because i had an appointment at 12PM but i arrived at 12.20 PM but they took my car for service at 5 PM but didn't take long for the repair.Anyway, i am happy as they made my alignment good but still, i had no work that day but if i would have, it would be so hard times as they didn't follow the mentioned scheduled hour.As a well wisher for Firestone, i hope you will do your service better to be a 5 start auto repair shop!

Absolute garbage service. I had an appointment and waited three hours, sat in the waiting room the whole time. My car never even got moved into the garage, never got touched. Why do you make appointments if you’re not gonna touch the car? I was told “manpower issues”. Okay fine - THEN DON’T MAKE APPOINTMENTS if you can’t honor them. I wasted hours of my day and ended up late to work, and my car is still not even looked at, let alone fixed. Go elsewhere!!!

Scheduled an appt for Saturday 11/4. Got a call late Friday night asking to reschedule to 11/11 because they were booked and I did to help them out. I asked the manager or whoever called me if it could be done by 12 if I dropped it off at 9 and he said not a problem so I agreed to move my appt. Well I walk In today and now he's telling me sometime today and not by 12. Which I can't just leave my vehicle all day as this is my only transportation. Completely unacceptable way to run a business and I am very disappointed that I paid for the lifetime alignment that I can't even get done on my vehicle. They have 1 good worker and of course she wasn't there today. I'll never bring my vehicle le back to this location and will test my luck else where.

I had an appointment for 12pm. They didnt even get my car in the garage untill 2pm. Why have take appointments? Also they didn't even tell me there would be a long wait when I git there just took my keys and said nothing. .

I made an appointment for a car inspection a week in advance and they could not take me because they're overbooked. The call center needs to communicate with their staff at the location instead of wasting people's time with these appointments. They are obviously not going to be able to handle a full schedule with only half the technicians currently available.

Not bad people but they just refuse to touch the adjustable lower control arm on my truck ive had it here twice for a wheel alignment and all they have to say is how my brand new parts are already going and that they can only max my drivers side in a wheel alignment which is still pulling to that side i may add overall decent people but have your stuff where you want it before they touch it otherwise they wont adjust those parts to the factory setting

My wife made an appointment and went in with her brand new car for it's first oil change. While she waited three and a half hours for her oil change to be completed service advisor convinced her to get an alignment done. They said they made an adjustment to the rear of the car. We asked for the alignment sheet showing what was adjusted and they failed to produce it. They also did not know that the manufacturer of the car recommends having the car recalibrated after an alignment. So at our expense we made an appointment at the dealership for recalibration and we questioned it needing an alignment. So the dealership found the car was out of alignment and had to make adjustments to the rear just days afterFirestone aligned it. So i question their ability to even perform an alignment. They have lost us as customers. Definitely not worth the $140 per hour rate

In May I went to Firestone to get a tire rotation and a oil change. The front desk attendant was very Rude and standoffish. I left believing they did what I came there to get done. But less than 1200 miles later my car needs a new oil change. I don't have a oil leak nor have I been driving much. It's been less then 2 months and my car is already telling me I need a new oil change. This means they did not service my vehicle like they told me they did. If you value honestly and integrity do not get your car done here. The people cannot be trusted.

Made an appointment by phone. When I showed up at time arranged, they said there was no appointment in their system. Have a vibration issue and fortunately they were able to test drive car within 10 minutes of arrival. However they felt no vibration....so I left unsatisfied

Shannon did a great job with my oil and head light change as well as tire replacement. Went above and beyond to get my vehicle done in a reasonable time. Also personally lead me to my car to make sure everything was correct after my appointment, doing this all with a great attitude. Great job!
