Disappointing Experience at H&M
I had a frustrating experience at the H&M store at walden galleria mall. Despite the store being open for another hour, the manager decided to close the fitting rooms early. This policy is extremely inconvenient for customers who rely on the full store hours to shop, especially those coming in after work or other commitments. Shopping for clothes without being able to try them on defeats the purpose of visiting a physical store.
If the fitting rooms close early, there should be clear communication to customers upfront, or better yet, they should remain open until the store closes. This inconsiderate practice makes me think twice about returning. Very disappointed.

Meh...cheaply made clothing that lasts (if you're lucky) 3 washes. Prices reflect it though, so it's gots got that going for it.

Why not make sure security tags are removed?! Its so frustrating to get home and have that cute top on and find the security tag still on. I dont have time to drive back home the mall and redo this. :/ big bummer you guys.

It was 6pm and the dressing room was closed for the day. I spent 20 minutes picking out items only to find out that I can't try anything on because they were closing in a hour. Asinine experience, I'll never go back.
