We love this location, as it’s close to many shopping destinations. A shoutout to the management for a very well run hotel. We will definitely be back.”
“I just have to mention the shuttle driver Tamika! She was prompt and kind even when I arrived at midnight. She got my heavy bag and was so pleasant to talk with. I felt very safe in the rain. Definitely an A+ experience.”

“Good spot if you need to crash for the night before or after a flight. Hotel smells like smoke but the room for the most part didnt. It was clean but keep in mind this is an affordable and basic hotel for people traveling. So don’t expect an extremely nice hotel with everything brand new. The staff was extremely kind! Breakfast was a good basic continental which is great considering how affordable the stay was.Also loved that it was .5 miles from the airport and they had a great shuttle included.Truly can’t beat the price for all that was included here!”

“Me and my mom booked this hotel on short notice and we were accommodated so well by Ariel. There was a bit of construction that startled us a bit but it was made up by the comfy beds. LuLu was also very helpful and kind and she helped us navigate the area with tips and recommendations.”
“After reading a bunch of the other reviews, I must disagree with quite a few. The room I stayed in is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the other end of the room has a sofa, coffee table and table work area. The shower was great. High water pressure, very functional shower head and hot water. Relaxing. The bathroom is huge.
The breakfast is also great and the scrambled eggs and bacon are delicious! They could invest in a waffle maker to go with their pancake maker.
I will be staying here again.”
“I was not able to fill out the Hilton survey on time, but wanted to thank Kathy for checking me in and welcoming me to the hotel, Amy for answering my questions and keeping chef Rich happy by taking him out for sushi, the wait staff for being very attentive during my breakfasts and keeping the coffee coming, chef Rich for his awesome omelets and stopping by to chat and share a smile, the guys that kept the walkways outside clear of snow and ice, and housekeeping for cleaning and tidying up my room and fresh towels. Finally, a decent place I can stay at in the Buffalo area!”
