“I have only been a customer with Tile for a short while, but I am so glad that I was referred to them. I was referred to them by a vet tech for a prescription that I was given for my dog’s newly diagnosed epilepsy.

The bar was raised this past weekend when I tried to refill his seizure controlling meds that he cannot miss a dose of. I didn’t realize his refill was out & had to call the vet to send new prescription over. Long story short- my vet took an extra day to get in touch and I was literally down to his last dose. I called Tile and explained what was going on and the pharmacist said that he would have the last bottle they had ready for when the vet called and was reordering more in for my dog.

The vet got in touch in the morning, they did a partial fill of the prescription that I picked up in my way home from work and we didn’t miss the dosages that I thought I would.

I figured because it was for a dog, the priority would not be as high- but they made sure that he got his meds. Big box pharmacies would not even consider being this attentive- This I found out after Walgreens took an “Oh well” attitude on meds my daughter needed after brain surgery that they didn’t have a supply of.

I intend on moving all of my family members prescriptions over to Tile now after this wonderful customer service I received!”
