7/25/24 UPDATE TO BE FAIR.
I just spoke with a very nice customer service person and was not asked to leave a message. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you for making my request so easy and researching my other request . I have added a star and hope this type of service continues.
Unfortunately I have to comment on the customer service when calling. I called twice and left a detailed voicemail as instructed. I had several issues to discuss. I did not receive a call back they only shipped the wrong tubing. (The light green tubing that always kinks and diminishes air flow yet they continue to use is another concern). But I digress
I was only able to speak to someone because I received a call from a different office to set up testing my Dr prescribed .
Thank goodness the wonderful woman took care of my concerns. A person should not have to wait 2 weeks to speak with someone . You are told to leave a message and someone will call you back in a few days . Another said in an hour . But you are instructed not to leave multiple messages . When you do speak with them I would not consider them to be pleasant or helpful. In my experience this is usually due to poor management and overworked staff. It should not take staff days to return calls , they should have adequate time to address customer concerns. Your products are often a persons lifeline. They
Are often ill and not able to keep having to contact you .
Customers deserve prompt, professional and courteous service.”
“Here I go again trying to support locally owned businesses. I was a Rite Aid customer and found Tile pharmacy through a friend. Not only can you purchase the items you normally get from the chain drugstores, they have beautiful gifts there and a large sundry of various products that I haven't seen since I was a kid! The selection is almost overwhelming! Get to Tile Pharmacy, you won't regret it.”
“I have been working with ODL for about a year now and the my experience has been excellent so far.Communication has been simple and easy. Any questions or concerns that I have are handled promptly by knowledgeable people either via phone, text or email. Appliances are always on time and of excellent quality. I have never had a fit issue or an appliance debond during treatment (I always have the lab fabricate the laser sintered bands), however, removal has been a snap, literally upon completion of appliance therapy.I treat to a high standard of quality and ODL continues to be a great partner in providing the high quality appliances I need to meet those standards.Thanks”

“I switched my service from another supplier when I moved back to Buffalo from the Southern Tier. I bought new supplies including a new mask which they recommended. The mask didn’t last two months. Literally falling apart and hardly usable. Velcro peeling off. Won’t stay fastened. always coming apart. They worked with me and got me new headgear to replace it. They were very pleasant to work with.”
“My experience with Northgate Nursing Home has been a mixture of gratitude and reflection. The facility provides a calm, safe environment where the staff are compassionate and attentive to the residents' needs. Though it’s never easy to see a loved one transition to long-term care, the team here strives to make it as comforting as possible.
While the situation itself can be hard, knowing my mother is in capable and caring hands offers a great deal of comfort.
