Their ATM machines were all messed up, and even though it's on Monday and not a Sunday, I couldn't even withdraw money which is pretty pathetic.

Of all the branches of M&T I have been to, the Thruway Plaza is the best. The teller are fast, friendly, treat everyone like family. There never long lines, every teller greets you will welcoming smile and kind voice. All in all it is just a great place to do your banking!

I came into this branch recently for a lein release for a vehicle and was helped by a gentleman named Ryan Monatta. Ryan was very nice and personable, felt like Ive known him for years! I was very satisfied with my experience, and look forward to doing business with him in the future. I highly recommend Ryan Monatta.
