“The staff is very nice and very helpful. Huge selection of different foods for each animal. If you don't see what you're looking for ask they might be able to special order it or add it to the stock.”
“I love going to Petco because of the knowledgeable staff who all work nicely together and are always available to help you. Very kind staff always. Many well cared for creatures/pets. Very clean well kept place with many selections of supplies for your pet or pets.”
“Sadly my visit today was to return my Betta Midnight Venom who passed away a little bit after I purchased him at a different store. Although I should put that location on blast for the bad conditions they have their Bettas in BUT that’s on a separate note. This review is about the great customer service experience I received at the Monroe, NY location. These girls were so attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable! They answered all my questions patiently and were just so pleasant. The fish tanks were meticulous! ALL OF THEM. All the fish looked happy to be alive. I left with a beautiful new Betta and a smile on my face. Ladies thank you for the great experience and for caring so much about all those little souls. Your hard work definitely has not gone unnoticed. You are truly the MVP’s there ♥”
“I love PetSmart you need a shop in the store shop online buy online they bring it out to you or buy online and get shipped to your house what automatic delivery it's great if you want to go and actually see what you're buying not just looking at a picture and guessing what the competition and you know who they are delivering you”
“They always have snails that live after a week of getting them home unlike PetSmart but I adopted my chinchillas and Guinea pig from here. The staff was helpful and passionate about the adoption. They were overly informative and ensured a great transition from store to home. I was completely impressed by them.”
“I have been an occasional customer for years and am saddened that this fine shop is closing down with no plans to move to a new location. I have always found the owner and staff to be very friendly and helpful. Both you and your shop will be greatly missed!”
“Review for Zach employee of this business, Tree fell down in the middle of the road blocking one lane off. I stopped to clear it while everyone else passed around Zach was the only one that stopped to help. That what 🇺🇸 about!”
