“I found the sales process seamless and lacking in the normal car dealer hijinks, so I certainly wouldn't be opposed to buying another car from Burdick. I've had their service department do all of the recommended maintenance since new, and I'm almost at 50K miles. There have been a couple hiccups along the way, but when I asked them to address the issues, I never had to argue to get them to do the right thing. On 2 occasions I calmly explained my concerns and they promised to make it right, and they did. Of course, I'd prefer that these issues had not occurred, but as they say it's the way that one addresses a mistake that really matters, not the mistake itself.”
