“I called them a week ago to make an appointment to get my AC looked at, no cold air coming out. Made a 7:30 am appointment to drop off my jeep. 10:30am they called, told me what they found, parts needed and quote . I told them go ahead and do the work. Vehicle was done before they closed.

“What can I say Omgaaaaghd, the service that I received from start to finish, the communication was on point, I am a person that was worried about my vehicle not being in the same county as me. But, from me calling to check the progress which was almost 2 or 3 times a week lol. Sara was very nice when she answered the phone and when she was not able to answer a question that I had she transfered me over to my adjustor Katelyn who was very professional and very knowledgeable and kept great communication, I spoke to Brian he was very nice as well. Dave did the work on my SUV and I just want to say what a superb job. I am so glad I did not try to find my own shop and went with my gut feeling and go with the shop that was in my insurance network. “As a rite of passage in central New York, I hit a deer, or I should say a deer hit me. My insurance told me to take the car to Gerber. I had never heard of Gerber, so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, the staff was so kind to me. They provided updates throughout the entire process, and they finished the repairs well before promised. When I saw my car, it looked brand new! and they even cleaned the inside! When my car was returned to me, I noticed a few issues and when I reached out, they told me they would take care of it right away. Thank you for your excellent customer service! The only complaint I have and it is minor, is that loaner vehicles should be available like some of your competitors...but it's no biggie, we made it work!”
