“I had a wonderful experience with Kiersten at this shop. I purchased a car from Carvana and nocited some noticed some body damage and submitted a claim to have it repaired. Kiersten took a look at the car and was able to find so many more problems that I never noticed with my untrained eye. Gerber could have easily taken the claim money from carvana and fixed the very minor issues I noticed and it would have been their right to do so, but Kiersten instead gave me a heads up and prevented me and my family from driving around something that would have been a nightmare to deal with. Becuase of her honesty I was able to get the car refunded just in time and we are much happier with something else now. They got a customer for life with me”

“Pretty decent customer service, definitely had to stay on them to keep the repair process moving forward. Overall they had the vehicle for a day or so once the parts were in. The repair was good, no complaints. A better option than other repair shops in the area for sure.”
