Was a regular customer- not anymore! Took my car in for a tire rotation and check bc of a pulling I felt while driving- but left with a screw in my tire! When I picked my car up at the end of the day, I immediately noticed a NEW thumping sound ( Firestone had found nothing wrong with the tires but suggested I take it to the dealer for the pulling when I picked up the car). In the morning, I found a screw in my tire with extremely low tire pressure… , specifically the type of screw used on cars, it was a universal auto screw. Called Firestone immediately upon opening, brought my car back in-they had no idea what was causing the thumping sound ( again suggested I see the dealer) but replaced my tire with a brand new tire for $330. When I Picked up my car the second time, the thumping sound was gone- clearly bc it was caused from the screw that was picked up at their garage, yet Firestone refused to accept responsibility for the screw that came from my car being at their location and accused me of trying to get a free tire. Called customer care 3 times to follow up on the issue and waited 3 weeks for someone to return my call. Infuriated!

I scheduled a appointment to have new tires installed on my truck. I did the whole process online. I received confirmation the appointment and that the tires I requested were in stock. I arrived to my appointment just to be told that they dont carry the tire size that I requested. I will give the front desk guy some credit he did try to find me a similar size tire but with no luck. So between the events today and a incident my wife had with clay store over a damaged wheel a year ago I will no long do business with Firestone Auto Care!

I’m pretty sure they didn’t even actually check my car. It has been making a popping/knocking sound when I hit the brakes. I was told it could be the motor mount by another shop. You guys didn’t even try to figure out the problem. Just said it is not the motor mount. When I asked what was causing the sound and pop, I was put on a brief hold and then told they didn’t hear anything. The pop reverberates through the entire car floor. They just had to actually hit the brakes either going in reverse or over 5mph in drive. Never again. Worst part is this place was specifically recommended by a friend. So they’re capable of doing more, just didn’t because they saw a woman walk in not knowing how to fix her car. Shame on you.

I was greeted, verified my appointment, let me know the estimated time frame of my wait. As a women, I was not intimidated or talked down to, that's a big deal. I needed a cabin air filter, they didn't just tell me, hoping i'd just agree, they showed me. This is my second time using Firestone, I will continue. I appreciate the attitudes of the staff.. I heard the front end guys talk to the shop, they were positive, they were motivating, they were clear on the needs, it was refreshing to see how well they all worked together.

Well I'm not able to you know post a comment on the Liverpool one but I'll post it on here I will never go back to them ever again to put tires on my vehicle I used to have very good experience at this more than Liverpool I dont now I think I was over charge for labor for having my tires put on the guy did more walking around then my tire and two of them was leaking and one was from a old valve stem and that should have been caught on the rim because I heard it on Sunday when I took it there to be fix because they had me come in at 9:15 and when I did the same guy brought my truck in and sit down until 9:15 and started work on. My truck u think since u brought it in u jump right on it not this kid and later later the one guy at desk told me my rims was no good and had to get other ones and wanted to charge 120 to change them over well this place said the bleed seal them and that was a lie said they do it to all tires took tires to another place they cleaned them and bleed sealed them and no leaks so far and charged me less to do it again the place in Liverpool run away from don't go there at all unless u want to get screwed over and over charge for work and I also had an oil change done charge me 87. For it and also put cheap oil in it for that price I should have gotten better oil not stp oil

Completely dishonest place. If you have a mother or someone that looks like they don't know anything about cars do not let them go here. My mother went here for a simple oil change and they could not give her a price and said that it "depends". My mom had a $30 coupon and to get around actually giving her $30 they just pretend that the oil change costs much more. The final price was incredibly high and they're reasoning is that they "have really good oil". What a joke lol. These guys MUST be told from their bosses to rip people off, there's no chance they just hire people with poor moral character.

I won’t be coming back after years of service from my family and myself.
I made a 10AM appointment and listed everything that was needed. It is a little after 1PM and has yet to be placed on the lift. Very disappointed in this location it used to be ran very well

My car had a brake emergency. They got me in an hour before close. Unfortunately, their parts supplier was being difficult, but they compensated my time and having to leave my car overnight.
I want to give a shout out to the store manager, KJ (I believe) and Dan for being so patient, accommodating and trying so hard to get the parts at the last minute. They were absolutely awesome and kept me informed the entire time. I thank you so much.
