“My wife and I came here a few weeks ago and I finally had the time to write this review! First of all before choosing a mattress, Paul introduced himself to us and was very welcoming! Now the process of choosing the mattress wasn't your ordinary day at a store, Paul truly made it a very detailed and insightful experience. He truly knows what he's talking about and allowed us to try every mattress. He said that he's not there to make us buy the most expensive one, he only cares about the one that will truly satisfy our needs. He was very patient and knew the details of each mattress we tried. Eventually we chose one that same day and even bought two pillows to go along with it! Paul helped lift the mattress into our car as well. We're just grateful that Paul helped us out and I can comfortably say that I'm writing this review from the comfort of our amazing mattress! Thanks again Paul!”

He called me back in several minutes with the answer. I drove there and He showed me what I was looking for and how much. “Anyone getting into the weeds of mattress shopping soon discovers how many con artists, poorly made products, and flat out scams exist in the market.

We have owned our mattress close to a year now, so I’m ready to say it was a great purchase! We purchased a king mattress in their Paragon model. Anyone doing research will know that individual coil springs, double sided top layer latex, and all organic materials is pretty much top of the line and will set you back a pretty penny from any online retailer. Mattress Makers had probably the best price we could find, with the bonus that it is made locally and delivered within a week! Would highly recommend them over any other option locally or online!”

“My son recently moved to the Syracuse area for employment. We are from downstate New York. He thought that he could sleep on an aero bed untiw furniure was delivered, but it turns out it was impossible. S is so important especially when you're at a new job that's physically demanding. As his mom I wanted nothing more than to have him sleep well so I went online to see who had same day or next day delivery. Syracuse mattress came up. I spoke to the owner Dan about the situation, that he needed something ASAP. My son went in midday picked out a mattress and it was delivered before close of business that day. There was a little glitch and something was wrong with the frame. The wonderful delivery person went back to the store and came back even though his day was over just accommodate my son. Needless to say as a mom, I'm so grateful I know that it made a huge difference, he feels much better. I was up this past week and I tested out the mattress. I just replaced the mattress in his old room by something online had I known I would have purchased the same mattress and put in my car to bring home.
Thank you to Dan and to the driver for accommodating him it made a huge difference I'm so happy to support small businesses. Family businesses are more important than ever in this crazy world . On top of everything else , it was a great deal for the quality of mattress he got! I can't recommend this business enough!”

“On Sunday we attempted to assemble our new bed frame from A Bright Furniture. After several attempts we decided to make a phone call to the store even though they were closed. To our surprised Dawn Marie picked up (from her home) and gave us detailed instructions about assembly through FaceTime. She was very patient and very kind. She walked us through each step.
