I had a return and there were 2 people waiting for the kiosk. No one was at the counter so I approached the counter and the woman said all returns have to be made at the kiosk. I pointed out that there were now 4 people waiting and no one at the counter. She said all returns have to be made at the kiosk and I would have to get back in line. As soon as I made it to the kiosk, since only one was working, the clerk said to the people behind me “I can take you up here”! Everyone was there with a return and most of the people behind me were gone by the time I was done. They told me to use the kiosk that kept saying it was out for order, saying wait and it will start working again. She was incredibly rude! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

It is in a convenient location. This day it wasn’t busy so I got taken care of right away. Wish they were open longer hours though. Like till 9 pm.

I take many items to the Circle Drive, Cicero UPS store and they are always prompt, courteous, and friendly. I would not use any other store. Lisa was especially helpful on my last visit.

Went there to mail a poster tube with one poster to a friend on LI... they wanted to charge me $49! I have mailed poster tubes in the past, and I never paid more than $15. They said there was a $32 handling fee....what?! Never going there again.
