Basically only use the store for Amazon returns but I’ve never had a problem always been very satisfied with the service. And the smiles on their faces goes a long way to keeping the customers on an even keel.

The UPS store in Cicero,NY is number 1 ! The staff have always been friendly and so helpful. Always clean and the bins are never filled to top. Which is a big deal when you are in a hurry . They are on it . #1 Exceptional Teresa Jones
