BUT, Alex W. jumped in and helped me out and he was AMAZING. He was honest, up front, and kept in constant communication with me through out the entire process including arranging a repair prior to finalizing the transaction. I will definitely call him first for my next purchase. Also was very pleased with a repair coordinated by Vincent. I was very late for my appointment but he was understanding and got my car in as soon as he could. I didn't wait long at all . Their process seems very efficient. The facility waiting area was comfortable and spotless!”
