“Ace Helped me get approved for a Credit loan and Mike his boss helped me get approved for the amount that I could afford on a car and they got me a good decent 2011 Chevy Cruze with only 79,000 miles very low mileage car for the year drives great. I drive a lot for work so just a perfect car for me as I own the Hyundai Elantra before and prefer the compact size and I got Great Help from Guy's Automotive Ace and Mike Thanks Guys. I really Appreciate it. And I Appreciate Mike's father's service I served in the Army and he was telling me about his father's service and being in the military I always love hearing about veteran stories so thank you for that and for his service. It was A real friendly comfortable environment. No pressure to buy. My Toyota Camry trade-in was ready to go it wouldn't pass inspection because of he misfire in the engine somewhere that was causing the check engine light to flash and it's been going on for about a year with that car. I had a mechanic work on it and we did everything to try to get the misfire stop and get fixed but it's a 2002 with high miles and I didn't have my hopes up on having it fixed I knew I would have to finance something as the registration was almost up on my Toyota in October and I figured to try to get a car while I could before October came and I could transfer everything over. They helped me with everything I needed the correct payment that I could afford a good car. It drives great great service from Guys Automotive 10 out of 10 Stars. Thanks again Ace thanks again Mike. “I purchased a vehicle at their E Taft Rd location. I scheduled an appointment on-line, a few days out, to test drive a specific vehicle. Within a few minutes, Eric called me to let me know that the vehicle was literally sold 25 minutes prior to my request.
He also let me know that I scheduled an appointment on a holiday and the office is closed that day, however if I still wanted to come in to see other inventory, he would be able to go to the location and let me test drive stuff.
We chatted for a little bit about what my specific needs were and he suggested that I take a look at a few cars that were equivalent to the one I was originally interested in. So, I did and requested to see a few prior to my appointment. He was exceptionally accommodating to that as well.
I test drove, signed paperwork, and shook hands (high 5’vd) him on a Saturday…picked the car up on a Wednesday (and Monday was a holiday).
During the test drive process he spoke to the owner on a few occasions. Who appeared to be willing to do anything he could to help me out.
Eric kept open communication during the few days from offer to purchase.
When I picked the vehicle up, he helped me move some stuff from my old car to the new one.
This place is amazing. My experience there was perfect. I never felt rushed; I always felt heard; and now have an amazing vehicle.”
