“The store was well organized and neat, my only concern is the prices on the bric and brac. The prices are retail prices, it's like only a small group of people will be able to afford to shop at thrift store. It seems that the reason why they are started is forgotten. Yes, it's a business and they have expenses. The business is based on donations. I will continue to shop at the Thrift Shopper but will be more selective.”

“We had such a pleasant experience at Spy Baby. From the communication before I even showed up to the follow up long after I was gone. Carol was everything I could have hoped for. She was patient, bubbly, and personable. She also knows her stuff when it comes to wedding dresses and sizing and best fit. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door - and not just you as the bride but everyone in your party. Highly recommend for any dress needs!!”

“Got a $50 gift certificate from my grandparents for Christmas from them, because they love the store and thought I’d love it too. Purchased a couple stickers, postcards, and a book I’ve been meaning to read for a while.Everything arrived undamaged & packaged super securely. The stickers are great quality and the postcards look great! So glad I got to support a small business that’s working towards a better world”

“I absolutely recommend Kohls! The best prices and coupons available. The Kohl's Cash system is also a bonus. Great way to get you to go back to do more shopping. One problem....the are not in Canada and do not ship to Canada! If you haven't been there, you need to go. They have a variety of many things from clothing, home, kitchen, bath, beauty and many more items....”

“Nice store, decent selection, always greeted by any associate I walk passed. My only gripe is I used to be a Coach Insider (they recently did away with rewards) but I have an account, they ask for my phone number to look it up, yet my purchase hardly ever goes under my account… In the past, I would make a purchase and I’d get an emailed receipt almost instantly and it’d show up in my online account. Seems like a system glitch but I really wish they’d get it fixed. It’s been a couple years of this issue. Why bother giving my information if my purchase doesn’t get linked to my account?!?”

“I always enjoy thrifting, as with everything else the prices have increased. This location has a whole room where all the clothes are $1.00. Over the last few months I have found a few new things to add to my wardrobe. Enjoy and take your time, there's always something for everyone.”

“The staff at this location are always willing to help. They greet you when you come in and offer assistance immediately. Even when I’ve brought all my kids in and things were hectic because EVERYONE needed new shoes, they managed it. A+ customer service”

“Always love Kohls. Great deals and Kohls cash make it even better. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only negatives are: 1) the store seems to devolve into chaos during season changes. It often looks like the place has been ransacked. 2) Recently I was scanning barcodes with the app to double check clearance prices. When I got to self checkout almost none of the items rang up with the same amount the app had given me.”

“Arrow was literally the best place I ever went to in the high school in middle school. They always knock it out of the park in there. Their prices are phenomenal. My niece just went their school shopping and their clothes are adorable. I’m really excited to see that they added a juicy couture display in there and a hello kitty display. Keep up the good work on upping your game in there. !! They always satisfy you whenever you go in there with the clothing.!!”

“The staff at this store in Syracuse are so friendly and helpful, especially Amber, who helped me find the perfect sports bra, speaking on her own experience of wearing different ones. She also helped me find some good bargains in the back of the store. On another note, the free hemming service is amazing.”

“Went in the store today 2/6/26 for the first time. Was greeted by Ms.Renee. As soon as I entered the store. I was asked what I was looking for immediately. I am very particular. I gave all of my details, color, style, comfort level, i went for comfort, for the 1st 3. I needed ones i could wear under white attire and 1 black and comfortable. I needed a cute set. And 2 more sexy sets. Like i said I know what i want. She got me sized which i strongly recommend. The 3 for 99 was a great deal. She did all of my shopping for me. Never got discouraged when I didn't like one and quickly looked for another . So all I had to do was try on and she shopped for me. Making sure to stay in the deals and she also found matching bottoms for all of them in my size. Had an amazing experience with Renee. Strongly recommend working with her when you do visit, call ahead to be sure she's there. Xoxo ill be back.”

“Big store and the workers here are so nice and are always cleaning up the store! I’ve been going here for years and recently however, their prices have increased so much that it left me in shock. Their prices for clothing is still average for thrift stores (I’d say they’re average for “big” thrift stores because still, some items shouldn’t be priced so high!), but the price of furniture and knick knacks are unreasonable at time (especially for free items!) I saw a bookshelf that is $20 NEW being sold for $25 each… saw most knick knacks were 2.99 which isn’t too crazy but why would I pay 2.99 for a folder when dollar tree is like three stores down! Makes it difficult to try to be sustainable for sure esp bc again, these items are free and they’d get thrown out if they’re not sold anyways! Great staff and great location but let’s continue to focus on the community over profits…”

“Literally the only place I can find affordable leggings for plus size that are good quality, high waist, and most importantly NOT WORKOUT MATERIAL! I don't always wanna suck myself into moisture wicking runner's leggings, sometimes I want something soft and casual for everyday wear. This is the only place I can find them anymore! Staff was very helpful and kind and their prices are super fair. I will be buying my leggings here for as long as I can. Would give more than 5 stars if possible.”

“You can’t teach sincere kindness or a genuine desire to help someone. If you’re lucky (no pun intended) enough to get Wilson in store, he is that guy. He could not have been more helpful and personal. Great attitude and a great energy. I hate shopping for clothes and truly had a great experience because of him.”

“A cute little novelty store with very friendly staff. We didn't end up purchasing anything this time, but we definitely had lots of options to think about. They have Disney, blind boxes, manga-related-items and more.”

“Had the most AMAZING experience with Kaitlyn today in store! She made me feel confident and made sure to personally wish me well as I left the store today, also an amazing gal on register this afternoon. Everyone made me feel seen and appreciated, will 100% be making a trip back to this location”

“At first, I was sketched because I wasn’t sure what to expect from this small shoe store. I was impressed at the fact the shoe store staff got on my first order right away the next day and already shipped it out. This process is actually much faster and better than other big companies’ operations, where you’d have to wait for days for your order to be “processed” first. By the way, the price on the Men’s ADIDAS OG SAMBA shoes were off the chart, too! Anyway, boo on the first order though because the associate who packed my order accidentally sent me size 12 in US men size instead of 11 1/2. It was simply an error, but I contacted the store. The store manager resolved it quickly and immediately sent me another (correct) order, and I received it the following week. 10/10 recommend this store. You won’t regret it. Yes, it’s a small store, but the staff really work hard to please their customers. I can’t complain. 👋🙏”

“We stopped in because my boyfriend started a new job that's business casual. James was phenomenal. We're not shoppers and he helped build basically a whole wardrobe for my love. I recommend stopping in. He also gave us some water. The whole experience was amazing and it's because of James.”

“Love this store. I would shop there a lot more if I could try on the clothes. Not sure why a clothing store wouldn't let you use the dressing rooms. It forces me to shop elsewhere”
