“I showed up with a sketch of the deck I wanted to build and they did the rest! They helped with material selection and really took an interest in getting me the right materials so my deck turned out looking good.
I even returned later and asked for 1 piece of vinyl siding and they found me one!

“Went to Scranton today with my husband and my son ( 3 years old) we needed to look at pavers for an upcoming project. We dealt with Phil, Linda( I think her name was this @ the front desk ), and one of the fork lift drivers. They were absolutely wonderful! Every single person was so nice and helpful. “Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”
“I seen some negative reviews and felt like I should chime in . Scott, Loraine and everyone else in that facility go pretty far to make sure your happy . They are a big company selling big jobs and will take the time out of there day to help you find a piece of siding or a shingle to match your repair they are busy and understaffed like everyone else I think they do a great job.”

“Very happy with my experience here. I had to do a rather large job on a commercial flat roof. Instead of hiring someone to do it, I tackled it myself and Airtite made sure I bought the right stuff. Super reasonable and everything was always in stock when I needed it. Very glad I bought my supplies from them instead of using Home Depot or Lowes. Highly recommend.”
