“I HIGHLY recommend ONE/GYM!!!!! Wyatt and all the coaches are amazing!!! Hands down the best gym I have ever been to!!! The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. I have a few limitations and they always have a modification to support me on my fitness journey.
The gym itself is always clean and very well maintained. The equipment is all new and kept in great condition. The atmosphere is welcoming, the coaches always have a smile and a positive vibe.
Wyatt and all the coaches are very social and easy to talk with. They are also great at ensuring everyone is completing the exercises with proper form and will help you adjust if necessary either via 1:1 or the whole group, but never centring someone out. Wyatt has items available for purchase (protein powder, One/Gym merchandise etc) but no one ever pushes purchases/products. I have been to some gyms where they push all their products. One/Gym doesn’t take that route, and I appreciate that. And I think EVERYONE that works out there wears their merchandise and it is because One/Gym is truly the BEST.
Just try it, you will love it too!!

“Truly is the best hour of my day! Before joining, I was lifting at the gym inconsistently for a few years. After only a few months, I’m already making progress in my lifts and cardiovascular endurance. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff is amazing!

I ended up breaking my wrist recently and have been continuously supported by the staff with modified workouts and encouragement. I am proud to have still been able to work on my goals and get my monthly sticker :) The staff truly cares about their athletes and has at least monthly check ins to make sure athletes are working towards their goals.

I am proud to be a part of the AP family, and I am excited to see what else my body is capable of in the future :)”

“9Round on Evans in Williamsville is a great workout facility. Dan and Victoria keep the place clean, they are friendly and always helpful. I have been a member for almost a year and don’t see myself going anywhere else. You can work at your pace. It is a great 30 min workout, with such busy lives these days this is perfect for me. Both trainers are great to work with, really know their stuff and good at challenging you! I highly recommend to anyone looking to get into shape or anyone just looking to get in regular exercise as efficiently as possible. Go for it! You won’t regret it.”

“My husband and I have been going to snap fitness for a year and a half through the silver sneakers program. The manager, Denise, is friendly, always greets us when we come in. The building is clean, and Denise works hard to keep it that way. The exercise equipment is maintained, and clients are good about wiping machines down after use. It's always open, so we have the convenience of going to exercise anytime.”

“Excellent facility. The instructors are knowledgeable and are great with the players. They learn a lot in a very positive environment.I originally wrote this paragraph a couple months ago. As an update, if I could give ten stars to Hot Corner, I would! We have had a 15U team going through hitting instruction this off-season, and as the weeks go by, I am even more impressed with Max and Matt. They are outstanding teachers; they have the expertise to break down the science of hitting so that the players "get it"; and they ensure that the players enjoy the process.Many of our high school players also receive lessons and work out at Hot Corner, with excellent results. Finally, the facility has all the latest technology, but the faculty knows that while things like pop time, exit velo, and pitch MPH are important, it is the process that counts.Read their philosophy...it is not just words...Hot Corner lives it. “Orangetheory is amazing. I spend 60 minutes working out with excellent and motivating coaches and all around phenomenal energy from the entire class. There is no way I would push myself this much if I was working out on my own or even with a one-on-one trainer. There is some magic about the combination of coaching, ever changing workout templates, and the class's energy. I highly encourage new members to try the challenges (thank you Bri for encouraging me) as they really motivate you to push yourself beyond your normal pace. Outside of class I feel more energetic and have noticed it's easier to hike, bike, and ski without feeling worn out. Thank you to the amazing coaches and staff who show up and always have positive energy to keep everybody nudging towards improvements!!”

“This gym, is clean, and a little jem located in the back of a plaza off Transit Rd, behind Pita Gourmet in East Amherst.I discovered this gym, in my search for places that offered drop in spin classes. Spin classes are offered 6AM Tuesday & 6AM Thursday , I believe 5: 30 pm on Tuesday evening as well. The classes are affordable with a low cost of $10, the class size is low, probably since its so early in the morning. Melissa is amazing, and didn't mind taking the extra few minutes to show me how to use the bike, and how everything worked. I love the option of not having a commitment to join the gym, and just being able to drop in for spin classes, as needed. They will help with endurance, skill and building myself up for the Ride for Roswell on June 24, 2023.”

“I absolutely LOVE Barre Centric. Women owned and operated by two LOCAL girls who crush the boss babe game! They hire the most fun, energetic and motivational instructors for class. Not one class is the same so you are constantly being kept on your toes, literally. The workouts are low impact but WHOA what a little movement of an inch does to you. The shake is real. People of all ages, shapes, sizes can do barre and it’s beneficial for all. When I first started, I went 2-3x/week for a month and instantly saw results; weight loss, muscle tone, and strength all over…especially my core. If you don’t at least try a class (first class is free), then you are missing out! I’d bet my barre membership on it!”

“I have noticed that the pool closes a lot and rock climbing is never opened when we are there but other than that I'm very happy with the Y. My children enjoy going there and there is always equipment available to use. The Lockport Y offers lots of programs that interest my children. Overall recommend!”

“The knowledge they have to help get you reach your goal is second to none! I let myself get out of shape for many years after the service. Then I started to train and after just 2 months I’m running again and see huge improvements in overall strength and endurance versus if I went to some gym and train myself. The equipment is amazing and the atmosphere there is what keeps you going. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get back in shape or someone who already is and wants a challenge!”

“Quite dirty now. It used to be clean. I put a mat on the floor upstairs and saw dirt everywhere. This is probably the only gym in western New York that does not have wiping cloths to use on equipment and mats. I don’t go much anymore.”

“I use this and a PA location weekly. This locations' treadmills are not as adjustable which is frustrating. If you're doing interval training you can't easily go from one speed to another. You have to hit the up or down a hundred times. As a positive, they have a great area to lay out a mat and workout without being in the way.”

“Fantastic gym! I am pleasantly surprised that I was unaware of this hidden gem until now. I typically visit during late nights, so I cannot speak for the daytime atmosphere, but whenever I am there, it is impeccably clean and provides an excellent environment for working out. The gym offers numerous squat racks that also double as benches for bench press exercises. Despite reading a review claiming there is only one bench press, you can adjust the squat racks to facilitate bench pressing, whether flat or incline.I felt compelled to share this detail in case someone forms an opinion solely based on reviews. The gym provides dumbbells up to 100lbs, and I've heard the other location offers weights up to 110lbs. Perhaps investing in heavier dumbbells like 120lbs and 130lbs sets could be a suggestion, as everything else about this gym is top-notch.The music played during nighttime workouts features tracks from the mid-2000s (approximately 2008-2015), which I find refreshing. I appreciate the deviation from the typical music selections found in most gyms nowadays.Update after a few months:Place is still incredible, I appreciate everything about it. This is a great gym people don’t let the 1 year commitment scare you, signup it will be the best decision of your life if you are looking for a semi private / quite gym”
